The first stage for any affiliate in SFI is Fast Track. This is not the situation when he starts building up his own team. After reaching Executive Affiliate, he will start contemplating to have his own people in his own team who will work for him to build up the business.The question to be considered is whether he can acquire Team Leadership without his own members.The straight and simple answer is he cannot. When we go deep in to the reasons:
1.He did not have enough of experience in SFI to handle things as a Leader nor does he have in depth knowledge of men & matters in SFI.
2.A Leader is a person who leads . Where there are no followers, how can he be a Team Leader without his followers?
3.He does not have full comprehension of the Organization, nor its, objectives, policies etc.,If he does not have personal & thorough knowledge, how he can become a Team Leader?
4. For a moment, if we think that he has the wherewithal (financially) to become and therefore he has become Leader by having minimum of 2000 Sales Versa. Points and 1000 Action Versa points. He is conferred Bronze Team Leader. O.K. But he has to sustain that cadre. Will he be able to do it month after month? It is impossible and highly improbable. The question is Why? He

can not every month have a S.O with 1500 V.Pts and earn , 500 points through sales or purchases. Earning 1000 Action Versa Points is really tough. Might be it is true, he has become one or 2 months. But third month he will be forced to get down to EA2 position. It would have been possible by at least having 2PSAs orTwo CSAs, or one PSA & One CSA, Then he can consider to go to that stage. But single-handedly, he will not develop energy to go further in business but develops frustration & even steps out of SFI.

What I mean to say is one Affiliate must naturally grow in to a Leader, but it should not be attempted to be achieved per force. At best it can only be transitional but not longstanding.. We should not forget natural growth which is from within, natural and continuous is the grwoth what we desire. But not artificial growth which is a growth by accretion (external addition), temporary
and can be reversed any time as it is unnatural. Hope this will help.

The question is interesting and intriguing.
On daily basis if you attend @12 per day for the month you get 360 points. Viewing it from the consistency angle, this is advantageous. Then we have one point each for certain items like garage sales and listing @ 1 point for listing.The maximum are 50 points. The fact of the matter is we cannot have items of domestic nature that are disposable every day. Hence on a single day in a month you can list out 5or 6 items at a time and be done with it.For music lovers at a cost of 1 TC per song at a time in a month you can download musical hits liked by you on a day, say for 10 points on an average..The limit is of course 50.

However, the most interesting, entertaining and quick stress busters, however are Zebra games.There are 6 to 7 types. Barring one or two types having free access for 2 chances, per game at a time @ a cost of 1 TC, you can play while attending to the daily to-do items in between and fetch a minimum of 12 to 15 points per day(provided you have the TCs at your credit.But the limit is 300 points.Barring 2 free chances in the game of Card king, you can score 240 points per month spending 240 TCs. With a pain of repetition, let me tell you, this is the best bargain.Why? Because you will not have strain or tension. You can earn up to a maximum of 500 points by participating in the penny/Pricebenders auctions.. As you are spending the 500 TCs with the intention of taking a valuable, you will not get pinched that you spent the TCs. But...but the interesting part is 500 Action Versa points will be accrued to your credit, plus you will get a good product if you are lucky. It is an interesting question. Why because, it poses a problem and shows a solution-a powerful solution! Let me a bit elaborate on it:

The problem it has posed is stipulation that every Team Leader from Jan, 2016 on must have at least one PSA in his/her Geneology in order to claim the Leadership benefits. This is really a problem since most of the Affiliates--be it PSAs or CSAs--are inactive and entire community of SFI is aware of this harsh reality! So far, the Affiliates (Team Leaders) were somehow making it to a Leader having CSAs one, two or three who are active & who become every month EA2. When I say they are active, how is it that CSAs are becoming EA2s? The reason is not far to seek. For every Team Leader, they are in majority, i.e.,, in comparison to PSAs 2 to 3 times than the strength of PSAs. In view of this; assessing the success rate in the practical situation, CSAs are becoming EA2s. And this was tidying the situation for Leaders so far. Notwithstanding the less commissions, with their predominant members, Team Leaders are somehow managing.

The latest situation i.e., from November, 2015 on, this has changed and EA2 from PSAs is insisted with effect from January, 2016 on wards!

A Silver lining to the Problem has come in the form of a Blessing in Disguise of another Incentive, introduced by SFI wef from 19.11.2015. It is Signed Up Bonus ranging from $12 to $100! This has come up as a shot in the arm for the existing Team Leaders. What this means in reality is, now a potentiality is created by SFI, virtually assuring every PSA (of course along with CSAs too) to give them an incentive as a reward for sign up and joining SFI. The wonderful part of it is, it is not only prospective, but retrospective in its operation! If this is one positive feature, the ennobling feature is depositing $17,000,000 in the accounts of each of the existing (past & present) Accounts of the eligible Affiliates by SFI reassuring them of earning the amounts deposited and to cap it all, gave a time of 18 long months to become eligible to draw the Bonus!!

What more can be expected of SFI than this Golden Opportunity? Now SFI had done it from its side what all it could. It is up to the Team Leaders :
a) To Create the Awareness among the dormant Affiliates.,
b) By explaining the details of the policy enunciated by SFI.
c) Create a hunger among them for earning Dollars, and
d) Stimulate them to awake, be aware & raise to the occasion and perform in order to get rewarded.

In a section of the Community a question has been raised, why not allow it to be drawn in lumpsum (at a time) when once the said Affiliate achieves his/her first badge/rank. I am sure any practically minded Affiliate/Team Leader 'sees through' the policy! Once an Affiliate who sees dollars reenters the scene of action and starts performing & continues it over a period of 18 months (latest) he will not & can not leave SFI:

iii. By force of Habit he decides to stay & continue to work with SFI which is in his own interest, in the interest of the Team Leader & in the larger interest of SFI, and

The prospects whom you are contacting may not be aware of online business. The second possibility is they might be knowing the online business and they are even capable of doing it, but they do not have a system (Desk Top,Lap Top etc.,). It is also possible that they have the system, but do not have Internet. They have everything with them but are skeptical about the on line business, as many people around them tried to do the business online and have lost their investment for various reasons. Any of the above can be categorized as inexperience as far as going ahead with online business is concerned.

Why all these possibilities are discussed because for various reasons we have to find out various answers. After joining SFI, we need initial warming up time. During this time we get acquainted with the Organization Basics, its operations, the compensation methods, To-Do items etc.,This is actually initial period of knowing what is what & where is what. Then we will start working on To-Do items. In case we are zealous enough we will be reaching Fast Track and Executive Affiliate.

Once the initial introductory period is over, we feel an urge to have our own team and start working up with them. A question may raise, why not enter the SFI with my people a few who express a wish to join. It is not desirable at this stage, as we are ourselves new to the whole arena and are not well aware of the nuances of the business. If some people join us, they will naturally be looking for our guidance which is not possible as we are novices to the whole picture. This results in discouragement to the people who joined, and frustration to us as we are not in a position to answer them. Both these are neither desirable nor warranted at this stage as we are freshers came in to business with a lot of ambition and aspiration..If we want to do a certain thing better it is to properly plan and execute. The question is quite interesting, and if I may say so, it looks a bit funny though not ridiculous!
What is the substantiation for the above observations?

1.First of all, the Sponsor needs to go in to the details to know what is the investment he/she had made? Is it time, energy or money? If it is time or energy, i would like to say that I have opted for the business and I have to put in the best of my efforts. In order for that if I have to spend time or energy I have to do that without any complaint. It is with my own choice that I opted for the SFI!

The factor of time is needed to be examined from the overall perspective. i.e., For how long did he work and he did not get the result? We have to also go in to the details of what is the target fixed that he /she had not achieved. The deeper we go in, we see the frivolous nature of the question.
Therefore the issue of disproportionate result with reference to the investment made needs to examined, assessed and an objective conclusion needs to be arrived. Basing on this review, the target needs to be re-fixed and the work needs to be done again!

If he /she said they have invested money, how much did he invest? They are as a matter of fact need not invest in SFI, and it is clear on the face of it in the Basics, or other parts such as rules. Why I have invested then & why I am lamenting now that returns are not commensurate with my investment?

I never mean anything bad or odd. We would like to know what are the efforts put in. He/she my quip saying that I was busy from dawn to dusk with different items of work i.e., He was very busy. If being busy is the measure for assessing the outcome, any body can be busy without 'business'!

Thus as may be seen from the above, we will be moving in circles without reaching any tangible conclusion. I am sure, the purpose of my above posers raised is by now comprehended. Unless that is done, it is not simply possible to arrive at any meaningful conclusion!!

2.If I am working for a said purpose/objective in a business or for that matter anything, I have to be prepared to invest reasonable amount of time, money and energy combined with Planning, Organizing things. In spite doing so much of a foot-work, I have to wait for certain amount or time for returns on my Investment. This is what is called Gestation period in terms of commercial parlance. Unless that much amount of time is allowed for things to materialize, I cannot say that I failed or the outcome is not satisfactory etc., Why? 'Cause, I have not allowed sufficient time to see the results manifest before me. Then how I can I say that I am not getting what I have put in. This is far from realistic approach.

3.Most important aspect to be appreciated here is the business in SFI is completely man oriented and not machine oriented. Even with Machine with all necessary inputs at times, we will not be getting the expected outcome. It is rightly said by Management experts that, " of all the elements in a Business environment, it is the Human Element which is the toughest to manage". That being the case, I can not turn back and say simply, I did not get" as much " from SFI. The immediate question is How much.

4. That is the reason why in SFI, time and again we will be asked to
a.'connect with people'.
b.Send weekly mails to all of the Team Members (irrespective of whether he/she is a PSA, CSA,;regular/active or irregular/inactive). Why? Because we do not know when that said individual becomes active.
c. Send a soft, warm Welcome letter at the time of admission and follow it up as per context. These are but only a few points I mentioned above. But there will be umpteen number of reasons to handle the newly joined Affiliate as "GLASS WITH CARE".

What I want to say in conclusion is it is not possible to say things tangibly when we are handling things of indefiniteness
Though I may not call them intangible.For one thing, the reasons are intangible, but the manifestation of outward result is tangible. Because, we see it, we experience it.

In on-line businesses, the person prospecting is not face to face with the person prospected. This is a tricky situation having both the positive and negative intonations. Positive in the sense that whatever you want to say you can do so frankly and in a forthright way. Negative aspect is: A prospect is 'GLASS WITH CARE.' It means that he/she needs to be handled very subtly. The precautions we have to follow mandatorily are:

i Kindly find out he or she is interested at all in the online business
ii. When you get a positive nod, 50% of your job is over. Then you need to find out
what is the area more interesting for him/her. Fortunately enough in SFI we have
a various types of fields(Games, Pricebenders Auctions, Going into field and
speaking to people--say for admission as TCA--particicipating for discussion (S.C.
Forum)etc.,Now you take them to different areas and see that they select the area
for themselves and not you.
iii.Then you can start guiding them in the field they are interested.
iv. In all the above points, any hastiness, impatience, or indiscretion on our part can turn the prospect away from us. So, this is the one area there is possibility for
losing the prospect and during early part of business.. This is before starting &
during early part of business.
II.a. When the business has commenced and it is reaching a turning pointi.e,from one to the other status or category, we will deliberately confine ourselves to advisory role rarher than enforcing role. You and I are not aware of the circumstances in which a particular affiliate is working nor are we aware of their constraints. It would be wise enough to restrain ourselves to a leading or guiding role. This is one area where
the Affiliate will get annoyed very easily and turn away from us. For one thing, it will be a volta-face for us and secondly--and more significantly, we will be losing
perhaps a very good Affiliate, not only for us for S.F.I itself!
b.Yes! I see your point that you and I are worried about our elevation to the next level. But mind you Affiliate is always right. Allow him the benefit of doubt to find his way dearer to him. More often than not this will be happening. So, in this aspect we need to be highly guarded and be keenly circumspect.
c.After all an Affiliate is not our subordinate. He is one of our junior leaders in the hierarchy. A mild person may spare you once or twice, but an assertive type of Affiliate simply walks away. Kindly never ask the affiliate to move quickly in the direction we desire. This is going to be the biggest turn-off to be avoided.

The question is very interesting. But the answer to that is paradoxically with you only!
I think you did not have an objective before enrolling yourself in to SFI! In case that is so, please try to fix for your self an objective of you own. You may discuss with your nearest person, whosoever it is in case you are not clear about your objective. There is nothing wrong in consulting them. Know why I am saying this? 'cause that is going to goad you, tease you and lead you to your real objective. You think you had an objective, but it was hazy, diffuse and loose.

In that event this is the time for you to coolly sit undisturbed and think for yourself what is your intention in joining SFI. You please note that stronger objectives lead to stronger thoughts which will channelize you to stronger positive actions in the set direction. That is why it is said that good beginning is half the job done. You will be able to make a beginning, when you set your 'Load star'!

Now, assuming that your objectives are set to reach the acme of your performance in SFI! Here is the Mandate:

1. Once you have become EA2, you have perceived what is SFI in real sense. Please fix some time limit, go through the basics & Launchpad Lessons once again, even while attending the daily routine.
2. You know for well that the real financial benefits start flowing from EA2 level (share in Excutive Pool). But actual returns will be discernible to you from the stage of Team Leader only! Start your attempts in that direction. What are the steps/stages?
a.Please try to retain your EA2 streak continually, month after month. In order for that, you have to have a Standing Order., so that you will not have any distraction for your Goal Achievement. You are assured of 1500 V.Pts. In addition, you will have 125 T.Cs, with which you can participate in Eager Zebra Games and participate in Pricebender's Auctions. These participations will assist you in getting extra V.Pts/MRPs/T.Cs which you can recycle in your business for further improvement of income/reaching nearer your Objective.
b.This is the rife stage for you to have an eye on Team Building, and so move in that direction.
You will see the details in Team Building Topic. As details are there I will not go into details except stating that with minimum expenses, try to get at the maximum,, whether it is PSAs/CSAs. Let us be clear. both PSAs and CSAs will be able to contribute to your success. But to lead a team, you need to be sufficiently knowledgeable.

f.Throughout your above stages, you need to be continuously logging in daily at your Affiliate Center and attend to daily actions to get 11 to 13 Action Versa Points. Similarly you have to attend to the weekly actions of Stream and Team Mail to your Affiliates & Monthly action points.

This is a broad outline or Road Map as we may call it, to boost your performance and take you to higher levels in SFI business. One important point I may remind you of is getting in touch with your., Sponsor and Co-Sponsors at regular periodical intervals to let them know what you are making by way of your efforts and what is the outcome and also seek suggestions or guidance from time to time. They are the real well-wishers of you in the real sense.

You need not worry how will I perform so many actions simultaneously or successively! You have wonderful Infrastructure in SFI which is kept at your disposal. Suffice is it here to state that Power Tools, Geneology, Training, Websites, Marketing tools, Advertisement tool & so many others are there. YOU need not...I repeat you need not have to do any new things to get your desired results. But,just do what all is needed to be done from time to time from your side!!

Motivating PSAs/CSAs to become more active:

The question is moot and significant especially in the light of the latest announcement of Sign Up Bonus by SFI..

It has to be seen very clearly that it is possible to give any amount of encouragement or pepping up the spirit of PSAs/CSAs in case they are convinced of the great efforts being made relentlessly by the SFI!
A few of them are :Free Registration, Infrastructure facilities like Power Tools such as Geneology, facilities of Communication, Marketing & Advertisement facilities such as Web pages (Gateways), a large number of Advertisements, Incentives provided through SFI for performance by Affiliates etc.,

If these are all on one hand, on the other we have the Sign Up Bonus announced by SFI, on the 19th of November, 2015, which is in itself a great opportunity afforded by SFI if only studied and understood for its implications, and far reaching advantages to the Affiliates & Team Leaders one side and to SFI on the other.

It is only these points especially the Sign Up Bonus to be highlighted in our Weekly Messages/ Team Mails to our Affiliates--both PSAs/CSAs. SFI had done what is all that is required to be done. It is on the shoulders of the Senior Leaders and other Team Leaders to carry forward this mission to see for the resounding success of one & all connected to SFI!.
