There is nothing wrong sending supporting emails to PSAs and CSAs that are inactive and have 0 VP for weeks or months;
But the emails that are being sent should be well written to convince them and encourage them on the need to see what they stand to benefit in SFI.
However they may keep ignoring but a time may come that, they will have a change of mind to continue, that is why the content of the email must be very motivational to record a positive impression of SFI in their mind anytime they come across your email.
I hope this help.

In my advertising campaigns, is it better to provide more or less information in my ads and why?

If you are advertising and your advert does not carry the necessary information that will compel a person to take a decision, then why advertise.In my opinion the advert should carry the necessary information whether it is more or less. Let the person understand and know to some extent what your advert is all about to enable him or her take a decision.
