Ideally, yes…that must be the nice way of treating someone that is capable of helping your business grow. I mean if you are that idealistic, it’s really worth doing.
But we should be realistic here, with the numbers of PSA (we acquire from the executive pool share) that means a lot of working hours not to mention the PSA you got in your co-op (if you subscribe of a certain group). You could just imagine making individual welcome letter for 20 to 50 individuals.
And besides it’s not practical even if you have all the time in the world. You can make individual welcome letter or any inspiring message for that matter to the PSA’s that you’ve personally known. To those PSA that you really invited personally, individual personalized welcome letters can be worthwhile.
Instead reserve your letter for the workers, to remind, inspiring, or even complementing them for a job well done. These affiliates is worthy of such nice act and your efforts will be worthwhile. Welcome letters will be practical and effective if you can make a template and be sure to have a content that is applicable for all or in general the content must be informative and precise.
Hope this answers your question…

The best that we can do to make our affiliates become a serious business builders in SFI is to motivate and inspire them to seriously treat this business.
Motivate them in such a way that they can sense the business is for real. Give information about the organization behind the business, their track record. For myself I got motivated to work regularly with SFI is the system (the set up of SFI being the affiliate producer with TripleClicks as the affiliate store and income producer)we affiliates can enjoy from the wide range of products and benefiting from its income.
The symbiotic relationship of SFI and TripleClicks can make an affiliate think twice and decide to make it serious.Show them the earnings calculator wherein their potential income depends on how is duplication work down the line.
The best of them all is practice what you teach. Showing them that you were doing the things that you wanted them to do.
Goodluck!!!

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

Detailed and precise information about SFI will make them sign up or register.
Provide them with honest to goodness information.Do not provide them information that are beyond the capability and capacity of the organization. Lengthy information may make them bored and tired. The simpler the better.
Hope it helps...
What should I work on to build my SFI business when I can't access the SFI Affiliate Center?

A glance of your question, seems impossible working on building our SFI business. But then there are still much we can do to build this business even in situation wherein you can’t access the affiliate center.
The best would be using our SFI Gateways. How? By producing leaflets/flyers of the different products of SFI (e.g. Tripleclicks, Pricebenders, Eager zebra games, WAVE3, etc…) and distribute them to people on malls recreation parks and even on tourist attraction areas in your countries.
We can also reproduce a poster where we can print in it all our gateways to attract individuals to join SFI and definitely register. Marketing aids for direct sales gateways, print a banner featuring TripleClicks products of your choice that you think people in your neighborhood will like. Have it posted on strategic areas in your locality (e.g. parks, bus/train stations, business centers,.etc…).
Bottom line you can make use a lot of your initiative and innovation in doing these things. Traditional marketing strategies such as these will have a fairly higher success rate, especially on most third world countries. For sure you had to sacrifice doing all these things, as they say that no easy way to success.

How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

To be honest this is the difficult task for all of us, convincing anybody to commit. Most especially to a business module that is non-traditional. But as the saying goes
"there are many ways to tamed a buffalo" the best that we can do is:
1. Introduce very will the affiliate system SFI had compared to others.
www.sfimg.com/ReviewSIM/SFIComparisonChart.pdf.
2. Showed him/her the different venues that can help them to know more about the system.
https://www.sfimg.com/Training/GeneralTraining
3. Leave by example and be the inspiration of your PSA's.

Remember we cannot imposed on them to commit...it's up to them to decide. As long as
we already did our part.
Hope it helps...HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL...
