I am going to address this question by focusing on those actions that affiliates need to focus on after they have completed those actions under Getting Started, Launchpad and Intermediate sections.
1. Often overlooked but indispensable to those affiliates who want to maximize their earnings and increase their action VersaPoints (AVPs) are the DAILY ACTIONS which earn affiliates on average 360 AVPs every month

2. Monthly actions amount to 115 AVPs

3. Weekly Actions can earn at least 152 AVPs or a maximum of 190 AVPs for the months that carry five weeks

These three categories are a no-brainer that require only the effort to log on everyday and do the actions and to set up a Standing Order of at least 1,500 VPs. That is a total of 665AVPs that requires basic effort.

Affiliates should also prioritise TripleClicks where they can earn unlimited points and commissions through sales and the ECA Program. Advertising is a critical must learn and do skill to guarantee the huge potential that is inherent in the business. Some of us may start at a snail's pace learning the ropes of online and offline marketing to grow our business. This is the heart of the business and concentrated effort must be made to acquire the skills and know how in order to be effective in getting the most out of these actions.

No affiliate who is serious about building a great business should ignore the actions under Team Leadership and Support. Here again unlimited points and can be earned. Expanding your downline to get depth is critical to ensuring sustainability. You are only as strong as your team. Focusing on team leadership and support by implementing the recommendations of being an awesome sponsor and using creativity and ingenuity you help your team will increase your action VersaPoints and grow your commissions and that of your team exponentially.

I would say focus on daily, weekly, monthly, TripleClicks sales and ECA Program and Leadership and Support. It is not difficult to do this. Daily, weekly and monthly actions will take about 1 hour tops per day; Spend another 1 1/2 hours advertising and another 1 hour per day with your team communicating, training and self improvement/research so you can help your team. Three and a half hours per day to build a great business- that is part time by any stretch of the imagination and well worth the investment. You could also choose the best days to advertise such as Tuesdays and Wednesdays rather than everyday.

You know if your PSAs and CSAs are serious about their SFI business if:
1. They are logging on to their Homepage everyday and doing their actions. This represents very basic but fundamental interest in the business;

2. They are participating at the Forum which indicates a desire to be involved in the SFI community by asking questions and sharing their knowledge with other affiliates;

3. They keep making progress and you see this in the number of badges and the improvement in the badges such as moving from 90 to 180 daily VersaPoints Streak;

4. They maintain a Standing Order although I have seen affiliates with S/O who carry out no further action for the month. However, an S/O is a good indication of the affiliate's commitment to the business and a willingness to put his money where his mouth is;

5. They are mentoring and growing their downline progressively, rewarding their workers and helping them to succeed;

6. They are consistently advertising their business and seeking new ways to promote SFI and TripleClicks;

7. They are readers and asking questions, participating in co-ops that are available;

8. They participate in several aspects of the business- the games, WAVE3, ASK SC, a2a, etc which would reflect an interest in expanding their knowledge of SFI

Finally, you know that they are serious when they never give up, never give in and never quit even when the going gets tough.

You do not need to do a hard sell of the Fast Track 2.0 in your welcome letter. Why? SFI has an excellent system of communicating with affiliates including new sign ups and it does not make sense trying to duplicate that effort. In fact, it could become a turn off for new ones who might feel pressured or overwhelmed at being bombarded. That said, you can guide your new affiliates to take action that would lead them to benefit from the Fast Track program. Here is how you can gently do so in your welcome letter.

After extending a warm welcome to your team and making a commitment to mentor and guide the new affiliate to success, you could encourage them to focus on completing the 5 actions that are recommended for them to benefit from Fast Track Bonus and offer to guide them through these actions if they are having difficulties.

You could say that being a fast track member is one of the best decisions that you have made as an SFI affiliate and that the benefits are superbly better now with this new initiative.

Provide them the link to the Fast Track Central Information Page at http://www.sfimg.com/FT and say that you are available to assist them in making their first 24 hour count in SFI. Give your contact details and always respond promptly to your affiliates.

You could do any number of things:
1. Point them to the successful affiliates-they have some things in common- one of them, a badge for Daily Versapoints Streak with an impressive number. Lesson: It is a recipe for success.

2. Refer them to your Versapoints Streak Badge: Lesson: Your are leading by example. It is a recipe for your success.

3. Do the math for them. 30 x 11 330 VPs just to do the daily actions, 30 x 4 for group mailer, 5 x 4 for TConnect, 3 x 4 for Stream Post. That's 120 + 20 + 12. There is an extra 15 points for setting goals and rating your Sponsor. Total 497 VPs and that's the minimum as some months carry 31 days and sometimes you can actually end up getting an extra 38 points if there are 5 weeks in the month. SFI has also just added a daily Survey so they can pick up an extra 30 AVP.

4. Set up a contest and promote the contest among your team members for logging in every day. You could reward them with TCredits, participation in a co-op, sponsorship of Wave3 membership, etc.

Do what you can to motivate them but in the end they have to show a desire to want to build their business. If you have done everything and they don't budge or they quit, cheer up, move on, go find the next affiliate who might just be a worker.

Many of the top affiliates did not see success after 1 year. Look at year one as your foundation year. It is the year that you spent to get to know the SFI business, get familiar with the system, begin to grow an active downline, getting into the habit of promoting TripleClicks and supporting your store and making your own contribution to the SFI Community through ASK SC and the Forum.

Honestly evaluate how much you put into the business. Answer these questions: Did you log on to your Homepage everyday and do your actions? Did you put into practice transfer buying? In other words, did you buy your phone, detergent, supplements/tablets from TripleClicks? What did you invest in your business? for example, did you have a Standing Order? Did you promote SFI or TripleClicks on social media or free classified or paid advertisements? Did you participate in even 1 unit of S-Builder co-op for the whole year? Did you make use of every opportunity to talk about SFI?

Did you isolate yourself for the year? With whom are you communicating? Are you in touch with your Sponsor or Upline Members? How many friends have you made at a2a and have you asked them for help? How many posts do you have at the Forum.

For year 2 you could try these:
1. Take out a Standing Order to help you reach the rank of EA
2. Learn to be an awesome sponsor by helping the CSAs that you will get each month as an EA
3. Practice transfer buying. Instead of supporting other people's business but your lotions, dishwashing liquid, phones, gifts for friends and family at your own store
4. Send some Gift Cards to family members, friends and associates to grow your PRMs and get sales from your store. I find this strategy to be effective.
5. Get involved in the SFI community and have fun.

The first thing that you should determine not to do is this: Don't quit. Below I give five steps to put your business into a new gear:
1. Evaluate what you have done so far based on what SFI recommends for the success of your business. Ask yourself these questions and answer them honestly- Have I been logging on every day and doing my actions? How many of the ideas have I implemented from the Launchpad Lessons? Have I revisited SFI Basics often enough and followed the clear steps? How many of the SFI Rules of Success do I know and hoe many have I put into action?

2. Write down a clear plan of action. State you goals for the next 3 months. Identify the activities to achieve your goals. For example, take out a Standing Order, buy into S-Builder Co-op. Kick start your success with PSAs to Go.

3. Communicate with your Sponsor and Upline Members. Start talking to your a2a friends and post something at the Forum. This is your business. Get involved and get to know other people in the business and what they are doing to succeed.

4. Have fun. Play T-Time, Time Machine and KO Trivia.

5. Keep evaluating. Many of the successful affiliates did not achieve success in the first year. But they stuck with it, working their business everyday until success comes.

I think Lesson # 3 is the best. Titled, Are you on the “Anti-Wealth” Plan? This LaunchPad Lesson brought into sharp focus how a ‘job for life’ can condemn you to poverty even if you are bright, accomplished and an excellent worker. This lesson defines in simple terms the concepts of Residual Income and Leveraged Income and quite fittingly places the business opportunity offered by SFI within a broader context of achieving sustainable wealth.

I would offer the following reasons why Lesson # 3 is the best:
1. It has influenced and motivated my day to day decisions as I work to build my SFI business. On good days, so-so days and bad days, I tell myself that it is possible to step away, both literally and figuratively, from the “Anti-Wealth Plan”;
2. I work with a more strategic focus rather than becoming obsessed with aspects of the business such as badges and ranks, that are not of immediate fundamental importance;
3. If I worked with such consistent zeal and intellectual rigorousity to promote and protect the image of Prime Ministers, Ministers and senior officials for over 30 years and with nothing to show for it, then I can work for 3 years for a “ little something” in my own business, confident that the work that I do today will provide me with unlimited income for the next 30 years and counting.

Some affiliates may see the KO Trivia and other games as unproductive endeavours. You could try the following:
1. It is a whole lot of fun and does not cost you anything. We should not take ourselves so seriously. KO Trivia is part of SFI's strategy to get affiliates involved in the business in a fun loving way. I would give anything to hear that opening bell!

2. It is a great opportunity to win TCredits without spending anything. Every other game is free. Remind them of the benefits of having TCredits in their account to build their business.

3. KO Trivia is a great way to improve our general knowledge so there is this benefit as well.

4. It is a good sign when we support the activities in our business. We show that we are part of the business and are involved.

5. You could link some of your own incentives for your downline to participation in the games.For example, if you had a contest running for your downline for say 10 TCredits for those who log on everyday and do their tasks you could add and participate in at least 5 KO Trivia per month.

6. Finally, who in their right mind would give up a chance to win TCredits when it costs nothing and gives you loads of fun? I am smiling just thinking of KO Trivia and I have never won. Building a second income at SFI is beneficial in a number of ways:
1. The world economy continues to be weak. A stable job or job for life is a thing of the past. SFI offers the opportunity to earn in a weak or strong global economy. If the economy is strong, people buy more- sales at your TripleClicks store could benefit. If the economy is weak more people are seeking ways to make an extra buck- more affiliates for you and an opportunity to build a strong downline.

2. Inflation is playing havoc with your money, reducing your purchasing power. SFI provides an opportunity for replacement income.

3. Studies have shown that the majority of persons have not saved enough for retirement. SFI provides a nice supplemental income

4. Most of us want to achieve financial freedom. This won't happen with 9-5 work. SFI is a great way to achieve financial freedom, working at your own pace.

SFI could actually be your first income and your regular 9-5 your second income.

1. Affiliates should not become overwhelmed with the mountain of information that is available at SFI. Read something new everyday but the most important thing is to make a list of things that you can do in month one. Better to start slowly and build a momentum from a solid foundation.

2. Do not make the mistake of thinking that you can get to know the business in one month even if you have made EA rank. You have just started. SFI took almost 2 decades to build and they keep making it better. This company is deep, wade in slowly but confidently because there is great support for you every step of the way.

One last thing, in this company, you are never alone. There is your Upline, ASK SC, Forum, Stream and an enviable archive in under the training tab. Make use of it and you will succeed.
