When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?

When a team member ask a question and you do not know the answer never tell them directly you do not know. Then, you must look for the right answer available in SFI’s great system like the Support Team and Ask SC. Without good answer, you will need to continue to search with your Up line Leaders or friends A2A.If you do not see again the true answer, go to Forum (an awesome sponsor SFI) to ask every member and to win your search. If you do this research yourself, you will find that by helping your team member. Also, you are helping them to solve their problem while at same time you are learning something new.

I think that SFI is a great opportunity for student, 18 or older to learn something new, build an online career and get money. The question is that have they enough free time and are serious to accept and continue as true the SFI is a good opportunity for them. It doesn’t matter how many years are they, 18 or older. Everyone can think about it. If he/she is patient, persistent and well working many years, he/she will strive for his/her financial independence.

The best way to contact a prospective ECA is stress that you have a documented system of getting up and running as a SFI ECA. Your system will minimize the ECAs’ start up challenges and therefore help to make them more successful. Differentiate yourself from your competitors. Then, email the getting started info, auto responder course, video instructions, screencast videos ,phone consultation and in-person consultation for ECAs target. If you document as much as possible in the form of PDF report then you may find that tool is all your need. Be effective and efficiente.
