How can we reassure our downline to continue their activity with SFI after the recent cyber-attack?

Each of us has our own approach to reassuring or comforting our friends and loved ones. I believe that the methods that you use in your personal relationships are the one to use in SFI. Why? Because it is you, you are who they are turning to! You are the one they respect and trust.
Therefore you have to be true to yourself in your approach.
On to the nuts and bolts... Acknowledge the actual problems, acknowledge the truth behind their fears. State what has been done to ensure their safety and trust. Let each associate know that SFI has not stopped learning about the threats and refining the response. Be open and available in a positive way.
and finally Follow up with each associate in a personal way, do not use a cookie cutter approach!

How do you create a good marketing plan for yourself that will lead to success in SFI?

A great marketing plan is one that you believe in and are ready to accomplish!
1)you must decide what you are going to focus on for each campaign - one size does not fit all!
2) you must look at the market that you intend to target with your message - what are they interested in? What motivates them? How do you reach them?
3) you must use the information you have gathered to prepare a unique message to each part of that market.
4) you must decide what media(s) to use and design an ad that works in that media - what works in a tweet will not always work as a facebook ad or blog for example.
5) you must set up a way to track the success of each ad, using different gateways and codes for example.
6) Then you must get out there and do it!
7) Watch the progress and after a couple of weeks adjust the ad(s) according to what is working and what is falling short!
Repeat the process on an ongoing basis trying new methods or media and keeping track of the results so that you can refine your approach.
Don't quit!

I am interested in utilizing webinars in my marketing and training my downline. How should I go about this?

I would start by defining your goals for each webinar/video series.
Write them down, memorise them, tweak them. Write a script for each episode as if you were writing a college essay. Summarise the what this unit will cover and then in point form write it down. Ponder the points, refine your wording for clarity and simplicity as many of the users of this asset my not have English as their first language. Check the order, the pacing, the emphasis. Inject some humor or fun into the proceedings. You want to work like a good live presenter so practice your entire presentation and tape it even before you go live and critique it ... get feedback from a test audience and then do it for real and do the same critique process, hone it down polish it and make sure that you come across as the caring, principled human being that you are!
Then decide on the technical delivery, video, blog, webinar that suits your intentions.

What yardstick should I use to give an unbiased and appropriate rating of my Sponsor each month?

You should rate your sponsor and co-sponsor based on how they respond to you!
Did they send you a prompt greeting?
Do they acknowledge you accomplishments
Are they active in assisting you to find additional VP or earnings?
Do they answer your questions promptly but having taken the time to truly understand the question or challenge?
Do you get the sense that they are there for you?
Special advice, opportunities, deals and contests are what take a sponsor from being Good (4) to being Great (5)

How important is it to have a good sponsor and co-sponsor?

The role of sponsor and co-sponsor in SFI is that of tutor, mentor or coach, which can be very important in your growth. If you do not have a good sponsor or co-sponsor there are many ways that you can still move ahead!
The Forum, ASKSC and your own up-line are great tools for meeting the person who will be your mentor and do not forget A2A... finding someone who is active and speaks your language and English well can make a huge difference to the amount of time and personal effort that you must put in, but!...
It will always depend on you! your own effort, willingness to learn, the time and money you are ready to invest and your own desire to succeed will be the ultimate deciding factors on how successful this venture (or any other venture for that matter) will be for you!
Good luck and all the best in the future!

At this time, which are the best countries to advertise SFI in?

I believe that your question should be:
How can I make sure that my advertisement for each country is effective?
Every Country is a potential gold mine of opportunity if you can reach the right people with the right offer. Since you have a head start in your own Country, because you understand the dynamics of what could work - for at least some of the population, I would start there. Experiment with different wording and appeals and get an approach that works. Then apply it to a Country or region that has similar challenges and attitudes. As you work you way through these various steps you will find the niche that you understand and can relate to. If you concentrate on that niche you will be very successful indeed - no matter which Country or Countries you choose!

Do I need to have a website or my own blog to be successful with SFI?

I believe that the decision to use these very powerful tools is up to you! If you have the skills or resources to develop them they can make a significant contribution to your success. On the other hand many very successful affiliates have built their success on one on encounters or town meetings/houseparties the actual deciding factor is you. What are you into? Where do you shine? Is it Face to Face, or via promotional products like Websites or do you prefer the anonymous route of ads. Do you love to write material for blogs and twitter... or are you better at videos like YouTube or are you or do you know a great web-designer. there are many great tools including Gateways and Websites available through SFI and TripleClicks, so why why build your own are you trying to re-invent the wheel? OR do you have a great new Idea that only you see the value of, so far?
My basic answer is be who you truly are meant to be and all will be great... beyond your wildest dreams if you let it!

How can I create business cards that will be effective in promoting SFI and TripleClicks?

I would put together a standard business card and on the back of each I would include a unique digital distribution code. Below the code I would place simple instructions to allow them to use the credits as they see fit.
When handing out the card I would talk to them about the games and the ability to list items for sale or bid on auction items.
If you are too shy for this approach I would build a flyer and put most of my cards - one per flyer- in the flyers so you can hand them out where-ever the opportunity presents itself as well as posting them on bulletin boards etc. for folks to help themselves.

What do you say to your affiliates who are disappointed about being knocked out of the E365 competition?

Many of the most successful members of SFI were not even finalists in the E365 contest and even winning your round does not guarantee success.
E365 is a great motivational tool with some awesome rewards but it is only a small part of the program after all.
The key is to set your goals and keep working towards them on a daily basis using whatever tools and chances present themselves today.
If each of us does this as a matter of choice or habit we will win over the long term.
5 personal recruits can be the basis of a great team and those 5 people can be in your backyard at the moment. It is our attitude and perseverance that make any endeavor a success!

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

the main goal or any leader is to get each tem member working to their best level but to do so the leader must understand and support each person as a valued individual and partner/team-mate.
The first thing to do is let go of judgement based on our own experience.
Most people who are inactive simply choose to be so for their own personal or professional reasons.
Others may not understand the program and be hesitant to speak out, for fear of losing face or because they do not understand English well enough to know that they can see the information in their own language.
for others it may be fear of the unknown!
Therefor I recommend that you get to know each member of your team and build a straightforward and honest relationship with each person. when they realize that you are truly invested in their personal success in it's own right then they will follow you anywhere!
the answer is always with the person in the trenches not within the sanitary confines of headquarters.
I wish you good luck in all of your endeavors!
