Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
You must understand that:
1. Many are selfish, they want to acquire without working for it.
2. Many are afraid of online business.
3. Many are slow in learning.
4. Many are not good with computer.
5. You cannot force them to drink water.
6. Many are after platform where they will get rich quick
7. Understanding differs.
8. Many are illiterate.
9. Many are not the patient type and SFI require a lot of patience.
10. Many found reading boredom. So they found SFI difficult.
So many reasons why it's difficult to convince PSAs and CSAs of SFI despite it's goodies. What I will suggest is, make use of the rules of success in SFI, don't get work out because of unserious people, look for the workers and work with them.

What is the best way to begin a new month in SFI and achieve success?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
It's a nice question, many people will have different opinion to this question. Whichever way individual opinion is best way to them. In my own opinion there are no successful business without plan and money.
You don't just begin a journey without knowing where exactly you are going. While in the previous month write down the steps you will take in the next month to drive your business to success, that's where money come in to finance and execute those steps. Having money without proper plan or not knowing step to take is a waste.
The best way to begin a new month is to follow your steps. For example:
1. my first step is to become EA by executing my Standing Order on the 1st of the month
2. Contact my Movers of the previous month one after the other to know about their well being and thank them for their active in the previous month.
You can add other steps to the 2 above but these are my very best every month before any other steps. As becoming EA is compulsory to me in other to keep my CSAs and building my team is also important to me so it is paramount that I contact my movers of the last month to encourage them for the new month.

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
What do they do differently to build such a huge downline? Very good question that majority of the affiliate will want to know. From my own perspective after carefully studying some successful affiliate and the SFI business itself I came to realise what this successful affiliate do differently from others to achieve this milestone of huge downline.
I discover that to build HUGE downline require HUGE investment of money in this area:
1. Buying of PSAs from good ECAs.
2. Bidding for CSAs.
3. Buying of 2 to 3 S-Builder Co op on monthly basis.
4. And off course paid advertisement to generate traffic to their gateway.
Mind you, you can still build your team without investing huge money but it will take you time to build huge downlines. Good luck to us all.

Why should I invest in SFI?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Hi,
First you have to ask your self, what is SFI? What is SFI all about? If your answer is BUSINESS then I guess you have a very simple answer to your question, "Why should I invest in SFI?".
Go and search the history of those who are successful in Business, you will discover that there is no successful business without little investment into it. Both in money aspect and time.
The reason why you need to invest at least little money and time in SFI is to become successful with your SFI business. But SFI platform is designed to make little money even without investing money, but you have to invest your time, patience and need to work hard to secure active team and active ECAs.
Good luck.

What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Good question. First there must be a reason why SFI ask when completing profile to select full or part time. Since they are interested in SFI business which is the priority then you can tell them to select part time during filling their profile as their choice.
It is not that they don't have time but it's limited time, that's good enough to run SFI business. In their limited time they can do the following:
Do their daily task (to-do list) and reply all message under 1 hour.
Once a week send team message, it won't take them more than 30 min.
Once a week they can spend 1 hour to browse through SFI pages
Since they don't have the time to do marketing, then let them buy enough S-Builder Co op to set their business in auto pilot flowing in of PSAs. Let them have a standing order too.
Since they have limited time becoming an ECA it's not good for them, however they can still participate in selling their products by having understanding with their close friend who is an ECA to list their products on their friend's ECA page. They can as well become a wave3 member to receive TCredit and MRP on monthly basis.
AUCTION: This require enough time, however they can still participate if they have enough TCredit. Since they have limited time, they can set their auction to auto bid and close their computer then come back later to check if they are the winner. Hope this help?

How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
From my own perspective there are only 2 suggestion I see as relevant method to convince affiliate to approach their SFI business as a real business.
1. I have discover that many affiliate will not get serious until they see a physical proof. And the only physical proof is what you are achieving in SFI, so I boast of my achievement before my affiliate and am really proud of it. Making use of this method motivate them in seeing SFI as a good business and real.
2. Income calculator is my number 2 method, even when recruiting new affiliate I make use of it. I so much love it because it predict my future earning if I meet up with the set goal. To proof to my affiliate that SFI business is real business I show them what their earning will be in the future if only they can take the SFI business serious and meet up wit the set goal. With that they found it reasonable to give it a try.

What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Thank God you said best ways and not best way. The best ways to be in contact with PSAs and CSAs make use of genealogy, team mail and personal email. Also through your mover you can detect whose online and chat with them instantly.
How often is best to contact our PSAs and CSAs? Remember too much of everything is bad, I will recommend twice a week and be brief and friendly in your message.
What methods can I use to attract college students to join SFI?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Straight to the point, first how have you being recruiting and building your team? Whether old, young, working class, student or not working class SFI is for all as long you can read and click the mouse. Again what strategy do you learn in marketing? I believe these are the method you have been using to recruit PSAs, applied it also to the college student.
The special method is same way you use in recruiting into your team. SFI has produce a lot of AD flyers and so on, make use of them except you want to go on one on one recruiting. Good luck

What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The question is why did I join SFI? Of course to make money. A business man don't set up a business depending on someone else, so it does not matter if my sponsor is active or not. What matter to me is to achieve my goal with SFI.
My Sponsor is a boss of his own business so am I and if his non-responsive it does not affect me because As an active Affiliate I have an active Sponsor already-made for my business and that is SFI BASICS, LAUNCHPAD, FORUM, A2A, SUPPORT, TRAINING and so on. These are active and responsive Sponsors already-made for me. Sort them out and embrace them as they are more than responsive.

How can I support and motivate my team members without demanding too much or turning them off?
Affiliate since: 08/25/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Your question is what all SFI Leaders must know. many affiliates have turn off their PSAs because of lack of proper motivation. As a sponsor you must know the do's and don'ts of motivations.
DON'TS
A sponsor must not begin to stress PSA to become EA.
A sponsor must not contact PSA everyday it will turn them off.
A sponsor must not ask or tell a PSA that it is compulsory to set up a Standing Order
DO'S
You can support and motivate your team by weekly mails pointing out some fact of success with SFI.
Once a while check on them and their families. be friendly and show concern as family member should.
when you notice the yellow button indicating they are online, click on it to ask them questions if they are having problems with their business.
Tell them the importance of SO and EA. its now their choice to make and not yours
Take example of Launchpad, SFI never rush us to finish it in a day but they give one per day for 30 days. so why rushing your team to do this and that, be patient with them. In fact your duties is to be telling them the importance of this and that not forcing them, its their choice to make when they see the importance you spells out.
good luck
