What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?

Well, if you send email messages directly through the Genealogy, there is no guaranteed method for tracking whether they were opened.
However, there is a simple strategy I sometimes employ: If you use chrome browser, you should search Google store for the "Sidekick" add on by Hubspot. Its a very handy chrome extension that can help you track email opens.
This means you'll have to send them emails directly from your email client like gmail, outlook etc; else you won't be able to track them!
Finally, if your email or that of SFI was white-listed during their registration, then they will always receive your mails, but, whether they were opened, read, or simply deleted, that you cannot know.

An affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity. Should I acknowledge this? And if so, what should I say?

Yes you should acknowledge this by all means.
Send them a usual welcome message expressing how delighted you are to have them back.
Update them with what they may have missed during their period of inactivity (if any).
And remember, keep it simple, short and sweet - you don't want to send send the wrong signal or make a wrong impression!
I hope this helped..
How can I best utilize my monthly Standing Order of TCredits?

TCredits are usually better suited for bidding in the auctions. What i usually do is, apart from my standing order, whenever i have extra cash, i buy additional TCredits so i have more bidding chips, before locking horns with other bidders!
Simply put, anything that will earn you AVP (Action Versa Point), using your credit is your best bet. Don't spend your credits buying things, spend them playing games and earn some MRP and AVP at the same time, this way, it's a win/win!
I Love SFI and TripleClicks! How can I help SFI and TripleClicks become well-known around the world?

In my opinion, blogging about SFI and TripleClicks, and then sharing the link to these blogs everywhere you can is the best. Of course you can keep twitting about the same, it works too! As stated also under the marketing methods in the marketing center here: Add a signature that promotes TripleClicks/SFI to your e-mail. Most modern e-mail browsers allow you to set up a "signature" that gets automatically appended to every e-mail you send out. Distribute TC Gift Cards to friends, family, and the public as an enticement to become members and sample TripleClicks's offerings. To learn more about how to promote SFI and TripleClicks, simply visit the marketing center and you will be satisfied with numerous ideas.

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

The simple answer to this is because humans are generally complicated! Even more so when it has to do with online business.
What I know is, you cannot convince anyone to believe in the system, they have to come to that realization themselves. One way to point them in the right direction is by letting them know they have nothing to loose. Tell them to form a habit of reading and learning something about the business everyday, while looking for products they can connect with and promote on TripleClicks.
However, if they don't have that famous "entrepreneurial mindset", or open-mindedness to some degree, it becomes a little complicated convincing them.

How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?

We've read this time and again that your PSAs are the backbone of your SFI business. Having said that, I know from experience that if you are truly passionate about the backbone of your business (in this case your PSAs), it becomes natural rather than obligatory.
And yes it may seem like hard work writing a personalized email or response to all your affiliates, but, remember you don't have to do this all the time; this is something you have to do every now and then.
If you take this personally (like myself), and you view it more like your job description rather than like you're doing them a favor, it becomes easy and you may manage to provide personalized, tailored support to your downline!

What is the best way to begin a new month in SFI and achieve success?

In my experience, the best way is setting up easy achievable goals at the start of each month. These should be very practical in the sense that, no matter any unforeseen short comings, you should still be able to achieve them. Here at SFI, goals can be reviewed anytime. So, when you find you've knocked off your set goals for the month, you can reset them to something more challenging. This makes the process a lot more fun! Don't sweat it when you don't meet your set goals, it happens to us all; but you should always do your best, and don't forget to have fun while at it.
Blessings!!

Are there any shortcuts to success in SFI for new affiliates?

My friend, SFI, like life, has no "shortcuts" as defined by man.
You'll only be outdoing yourself when you try to boycott certain things.
In my experience, i found that learning to love what you do, no matter what it is, makes it unusually enjoyable! Learning to love the process, tedious or easy, will always put you at an advantage over others all the time.
What i say here is applicable in all areas of your career or business life.
Love what you do, no matter what it is. Save for the best, plan for the worst!
While others are complaining, just trust the process, learn as much as you can because one day, those knowledge gathered will serve you.
There are many paths to destiny, this is one of them.
Don't rush it, savor it, enjoy every single step you take, read, learn, apply!

Is SFI good for students (18 or older)? Why or why not?
Efosa Igbinehi, Aff (Italy)

In my opinion i'd rather say SFI is best for students 18 or older. No offense to the older folks here and i don't mean to say this is all there is, but, younger elites have more time on their hands as this is a long term business.
SFI is complicated in a simple way, meaning you need more time than you think to digest the materials and training provided in here! So, being 18 or older is the best time to dig in, gradually master the different aspects of this system while keeping up with updates so that when you start seeing success (which will surely take time), they will be deeply rooted.
Finally, students find advertising SFI easier as they have more access to places and young folks like them who are still defining their belief system; and as such, dive in and see what this is about. Older minds on the other hand are more difficult to persuade because they've see all there is to see, are more rigid, and are mostly looking for instant cash - something to pay their bills with.

What long-term goal(s) should an affiliate be setting for themselves?

Here at SFI, the best long term goal anyone should focus on, including your affiliates, is having a team of at least five very active affiliates!..(think Duplication).
This is simply the best earning method here in that, should you decide not to pursue other aspects of this awesome home business, you can still continue to earn well.
This single goal brings together many other aspects of SFI viz: gateway link promotion, starting a blog or website, guest blogging etc.
There are many other long term goals worth exploiting though, putting it all here will be too long. Just go through the SFI basics and Launchpad lessons and you'll have a handful.
