Well. It is good to understand one’s own shortcoming and limitations since that makes one indeed more alert about the impending problems always seeking solutions in advance. This is what exactly you have done. Self realisation about one’s own weak& strong points is very important and rare to find in many of us. Being not good in talking to other people is not end of the world. There are many other means. You can convince others by your correspondence skill which can be developed with many aids provided in SFI. This can take you a long way.

Again you can have a video presentation of the SFI activities to convince others where you have the opportunity to have a face to face dialog. Always be sure that your basics are up to date which will more than cover up any other shortcomings in our day to day life. After all none of us are hundred percent perfect. The very fact that you have opted to discuss this small weakness openly shows the determination you have to succeed which is commendable.

Patience, more patience , still more patience and eye for details are the main personal characteristics one should possess to become successful in SFI. We should understand that this is a total business portal teaching us from the first lessons and making us to top class achievers . So merely clicking and scoring day to day actions points ,though is very important, is just a beginning. You have to build your team and only such multiplication will start bringing you returns in real terms. Interactions with others in your team , surfing through SFI forums, ASK SC etc. all assume at most importance for success. You will be surprised to find your own transformation once you go through and graduate the basic of SFI.

As mentioned this is a total business portal and there are several opportunities waiting in Tripleclicks and developing highly committed ECAs will definitely bring handsome dividends. So realisation itself that this is not a formula to become rich overnight will bring you many many positive results in future.

At the outset I feel that stress on quantity (100) rather than quality of your recruitment seems to be on the wrong side. Left to me I would prefer a couple of very active responsive PSAs in one day rather than a bunch of non-functioning PSAs. Because the chances are that we end up recruiting considerable non-working PSAs while launching a mass recruiting campaign on a single day as outlined by you.

Now coming to the specifics of your question, you can launch personal contacts by organising seminars/meetings etc. at different places of your choice and interact with prospective candidates with some video presentation about SFI and recruit now affiliates at the site itself. In this case communication will be better since you will have person to person contact and also the advantage of language .

This can be repeated by putting up counters/ stalls in various exhibition centres /trade fairs (industrial/agricultural /commercial ) where you can interact with visiting public and recommend to them the advantage of joining SFI and help them to log in at the site itself You may even launch them and help to score first 500 points+ bonus.

I repeat that my limited experience in SFI has made me to understand that it is QUALITY that matters and mere magic number of 100 may not meet our future requirements. However my sincere good wishes are with you in whatever strategy you may pursue..
