That's the question we all ask when we realize the importance of competition E365. The first five rounds we should be careful that we are constantly above the green line which we achieve by collecting VP which allows us to third, fourth and fifth round increase your balance for 600VP. It is very important during this period to begin with duplication and creating a team that will result in higher your rank. Follow the work of the people of your class (information will be found under the Leaders in descending order Power Rankings where you just need to choose the My Class) and try to be better than the other. We all aim to be adequately rewarded for the work done and the time spent for his work off, and would prefer to set the question what are the advantages of working in SFI compared to traditional business? It is very important that new associates in the first letter of welcome not "bombard" all data related to the job, it will look them all terribly complicated and will hinder many fold, and selected words explain to them that no matter how this work appeared at first to be complicated in the very easy when he realizes his will.
For me the best way to introduce yourself to them by a short summary of yourself and your motives that brought you the SFI. When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?

I myself have found herself in a similar situation at the beginning of their work. When I was not entirely sure of the exact answer honestly I said that my member with an explanation that the answer will come later in the day. I spoke to my upline, and said that the issue I'm not sure that my answer is correct and begged him for his explanation of the same. It is very important from the beginning to be honest and fair with PSAs. Your authority will not disappear when you honestly say you're not sure, and you will have to ask "older" at work, bring all of will grow in the eyes of him to whom you give the answer, and will prove them to learns the job by working as a team, no one knows everything but all of us know very much.

Hello Alma and thanks to this issue. I've also been in the same dilemma as you are - in the end I decided to SO with TC because it brings the most benefits.
First each month that 1500VP It lets me EA2 status of each month.
Second Every month I get a + 100VP action.
3rd of received 125TC.I used part of the auction and won IAHBE for consumed TC received a new action VP + MRP that I could buy a new TC
Because of all the benefits provided by this SO I think is best because it allows you with a little more knowledge and fortune comes to other tools needed in our work. Hope this help you in your decision.

What is the best way to help my PSAs understand SFI? Try to remember the reasons that motivated you to register, you stay in this business, and tell it to them. As much as this job seemed a beginner complicated in reality it is very simple and so it should be present PSAs with few words but a lot of arguments. Benefits of team building, bringing new buyers and sellers in TripleClick as well as the possibility of opening their own stores, everyday we work out daily, weekly and monthly tasks, all these are arguments that will help them to understand what it means to be a member of SFI. Very good question. TCrediti you can help a lot in encouraging new members to work better. Organize competition within the team which will reward you with a 5-10TC those who become EA or some of these leaders (normally it will be bigger number TCredita to achieve a greater level). show your team that you are there for them and always to rejoice in their success because it's your success, encourage their competitive spirit and publish the results every week with finest commendation.

Hello , the question is very interesting especially for beginners in this business . The company has given us the possibility of earning more ways to choose which are most acceptable to us according to our abilities . My suggestion is that you try with all of them gradually adding new . Start should be tied to a duplication of the team building that helps you go on creating your team . In this way of earning their applied both points in a month , and the respect of your status ( BTL ; STL ; GTL ; PTL ) and matching VP associates who have earned the status of EA2 . Another source of income is related to generating sales where you have many ways of earning : advertising of certain products with TripleClicka earns bringing the PRM people who will buy solely on him, and who become yours a lifetime of referrals where necessary sailes earning points as DC commission of their purchases . Advertising Auction is also earning purchased from TC that they need to bid . I'm always against giving TC mass and without a reason. TC can give people to inspire them to better and more rapid progress in the business, but solely through the breaststroke competition within the team. Make a contest which will reward you with a few TC those who confirm their EA or EA2 status, perhaps even BTL and proportion that specify the number of measures of TC and it will get if you do it. If done differently can be seen to be trying to keep with some gifts and that we do not need because I have a system of rewards and earnings in the company's more than great and speaks for itself that this is a job for those who look to the long term and not those who want to get rich overnight. Explain simply that with this gift you want to help them but themselves as satisfied associate creates satisfied sponsors, and when everyone is happy, then that is going forward.
