There are a several reasons affiliates are inactive:

Some sign up, look around for thirty seconds, realize they have to actually do something, log-out and never come back.

Some either don't understand SFI or simply don't want to take the time to try.

Some sign-up looking for a get rich quick scheme and then realize this might take some time and effort/investment. (They will probably never find that pie-in-the-sky they are looking for.)

Osaro,

PPC is an art that is made to be mastered by demographics and location.

Timing can be a great thing based on statistics, but you really should learn to listen to your intuition and base your decisions on current events. For some people- the right time is now, for others it could be next year, or never.

For signups from your PPC banners and ads, you can set up an ad running from your own domain at just about any site you choose.
You can advertise your SFI

To boost your momentum: Practice what you preach.

That is: Invest in S-Builder Co-op if you are asking your Affiliates to, Make sure You are taking care of your daily actions, etc.

Take action and show your Team what action leads to.

Advertise everyday.

Make sure that your profile is visible to your down-line so they can see your example.

Creating my own SFI co-op...or starting a blog about SFI...which will provide the most value?

A Blog or a Co-op, which is better? This really depends on several things:

1- Where is your co-op ad placed? Is this a source of major internet traffic or is there a limited amount of people where you are advertising?

Ad Placement is critical in determining how well your co-op will do. Make sure you utilize all available Marketing aids within SFI.

2- Where are you going to write your blog? Are visitor comments allowed? Are you going to blog everyday, twice a week,

Good Question,

No- you don't necessarily need a website to be successful here. Your gateways can be used just as well for advertising, although just the affiliate link may sway some people.
You can advertise your gateways for free all over the internet, or sell products from Tripleclicks in the same way.

You can also win or buy a Custom Prestige Domain and point it to your chosen gateways.

That being said- having your own blog or website can make a difference

Although I do not have a huge team, as I have not been active as much as possible until recently, these are my suggestions.

These affiliates may be doing something different when it comes to marketing or advertising their business.
But most likely they have more time invested. This time spent can help grow their team immensely, just on it's own.

They may also have a monetary investment of some kind and they use that investment to grow their business: Like buying PSA's from

The best way you can make sure you CSAs and PSAs are getting your messages, is to use the PSA and CSA Mailers.
These messages go to your affiliates registered email address and to their SFI inbox.

You can also send up to Ten E-Cards a day. These also get sent only to the affiliates registered email address.

(When you send a message through the Genealogy Group Mailer- it is sent only to the SFI Inbox.)

If you really want to attract attention: make your Subject

Hello Moses.

First, you could have to let them know that TripleClicks can help them grow nationally, internationally, or locally by just setting up their own store.

It is up to the E-Commerce Affiliate whether to go local or national. Local can be a better start in some cases of course. That could be a great way to bring it up in a conversation.

Then mention what TripleClicks has for sale worldwide from many consumers and merchants, individuals as well as conglomerates.
