How do you deal with your PSA's who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly??
The answer is simple: Don't judge your PSA's right away as they are allowed to have their own opinions about how you handle your team. Don't take it personal, it's business. Sometimes I like it when they critic you because that's how you see and learn from your flaws. It is not because they think less of you as their Leader, it's because they need you to lead them, guide them into their own success too.
If I were you, I would not give up on them.... Let them continue to say what they feel or how they feel, respect that they have the right to express themselves to you as their Leader. Now your job, is to simply make sure that they change the way they think about you and the way they dedicate their time and effort into the business.
You want them to be happy & work hard so that they can achieve success.
It's not hard, It's really simple if you put your mind into it!
