Building of downline is a real task of building a team of workers; to assist you the sponsor to earn for all a better living standard.
In our quest to achieve our goals, we as sponsor should be care to avoid the following mistakes:-
1 WORKING FOR AFFILIATES
We should desist from working at the Homepages of our downlin. Should we work for them, they will remain illiterate. Upon promotion to the Executive affiliate position, they may not be in a better position to cater for their downline. They will not be able to progress faster. Such a situation will invariably affect you, the sponsor.
2. SOLICITATION
Avoid asking for financial assistance or do any other business with the downline, aside from the work of SFI.
3. CORRESPONDENCE
Avoid over-loading downlibe with excess mails. Already, from the start, they are overwhelmed with SFI tutorial. No long or extensive mail should be sent to them. All educative mail should be packaged in bits and readable pieces for the downle's consumption.
4. INSTRUCTIONS
At intervals downline should be asked to give opinions about tutorials. Avoid giving only instructions or teaching.
5. QUERIES& RESPONSE
All questions should be responded to quickly so as to affect the rapid development of the downline. Avoid non-response to mails or delay to such mails.
6. RESULTS
We all expect faster improvement in our business, but where this retards, we should avoid being impatient. Always care and proper mentoring should be the corner-stone of our approach. Ltet be patient with our downline.
7. CARE
We should avoid not taking good care of our downline or unattended to. This will allow others to devert their attention to other businesses.
8. PROMISES
Avoid relegating on your promises. Fulfill all promises accordingly. Such trait will enhance the prompt response to the sponsor's instructions by the downline.
