For a Standing Order, I would recommend the TCredits. You can choose either 100 TCredits, 125 TCredits, or even 1 TCredit depends on your tight budget.
If you only have a budget for less than $30, then you can purchase 100 TCredits with a Standing Order. You will get 1200 VersaPoints with this purchase. You can also choose to purchase 1 TCredit. 1 TCredit is worth for $1.89 and you will get 102 VP. In order to have 1500 VP, you need to purchase approximately 15 amounts of 1 TCredit. So, for 15 TCredits you only pay for $28.35 and you will get 1530 VP. It's more than enough to have a 1500 VP Standing Order with a budget of under $30.
If you have more budget, let's say between $30 - $40, then you can purchase 1 pak of 125 TCredits with $36.25 and you will get 1500 VP easily each month.
You can also make a combination of purchasing 1 TCredit and other amounts as your budget allows. Just use your strategy to maximize your commission.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

Maybe it sounds cliche but if I am asked to choose, then I'll say both are important. But which one brings most benefits, then I'll answer the first one, i.e. sponsoring ACTIVE PSAs. Having only 3 or 5 PSAs will give us much advantages as long as they are active and want to move forward. Continue to assist them in every way possible to stay on the right track and build their own team will be more effective than to continually refer many new PSAs who are obviously inactive.
It will be wasting time to focus on affiliates who don't show much interest on SFI or TripleClicks and who don't want to move or trying to move forward. Focus on those who are willing to be succeeded and help them to grow is the main purpose of duplicating. Help the active PSAs and CSAs to build a secure income now and in the future.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

What is the best way to greet new affiliates, that will get them excited and active with SFI?

First and foremost, send them a welcome message by Team Mail. Many affiliates feel welcomed if they receive a warm welcoming message. Send just one or two messages to them and not being too overwhelmed.
After that, look at their VP ledgers to see if they have done some action or sales points. If they are online, don't hesitate to contact them right away and make sure they receive the message(s) you sent.
If you have enough TCredits, transfer a bit bit (say, 5 TCredits) to them. Send a message that you have transferred some TCredits to them. Tell them how to use TCredits at TripleClicks.
If you have Gift Certificates, you may give them a bit amount to encourage them to use it. Who knows that they may use it and decide to buy more on their own account. That can be nice incentives to them.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?

Transferring some TCredits will give you chances if not opportunities to 'win' your PSAs or CSAs. Why? Because you will not know if they will be excited and decide to purchase more TCredits. Having them buy more TCredits means adding more balance into your account.
Take me as the example. As one of my sponsor's PSAs, I am one of those who keeps moving forward because of the TCredit incentives. My sponsor transferred some TCredits to my account and I used them to bid some auctions. I was so excited with the auctions. Then when I could manage some budget to purchase my own TCredits, I purchased packs of TCredits.
I am pretty sure that my action gives benefit to my sponsor. That will also happen to me if my PSAs purchase more TCredits by themselves. Also, if my CSAs do the same action as I do, and I keep at least my EA status, then I will benefit from their purchase.
I think that's the greatest benefit that one will get by transferring some TCredits to PSAs and or CSAs.

Which is more effective--paid or free advertising--and why?

I think this type question has already been asked here some times ago with different form of question. Well, I will give my answer as I ever answered this type of question before.
The main point here is the advertising that brings the great results and that will lead us to good if not great commission monthly, and that will give us lucrative income as SFI plans for each of us. As I said that it's not the best but the most effective advertising, then I suggest that we need to really careful on any types of advertising we choose. The effective advertising depends on the budget. If we can not afford any paid advertising, then don't do paid advertising. Paid advertising probably can give good results on the beginning. Because it can drive people to our gateways greatly and massively quickly. Free advertising also can drive people to our gateways but the amount maybe less than the paid advertising. If we don't have any budgets for advertising, we can always do the free advertising.
The focus on advertising basically is to convert it into commission. Either paid or free advertising, the most important is the activeness of the affiliates or our team members. If we can get many PSAs quickly, it does not guarantee that we can be successful with them. Who knows that they are mostly inactive affiliates? Or, if we do the free advertising and we can only get few PSAs, but they are active.
So, either paid or free advertising, try to do the advertising effectively to get the best results.

How do you set proper goals for yourself in SFI?

Goals are very important for any kinds of business, including SFI. When the first time joined SFI, I was only curious. But then I realized that this business will produce great results in the future. Then I set a long-term goal to improve my standard of living.
As the first year passed, I feel that setting goals for short-term period of time is necessary. Therefore I set my monthly and weekly goals. It's great to have SFI asks us to set our daily task to achieve our goals. It helps me to direct what actions I need to take daily.
Proper goals I think depend on what I want to achieve in and with SFI. At first I may have set my goal to improve my standard of living. Maybe next year or two or five I'll make it full time. In the meantime, I focus on what I am doing and growing my team and their teams.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

How does participating in Ask SC help you become a more successful SFI affiliate?

Basically, there are a lot of ways to make us successful in SFI. By really reading many ideas that the SFI affiliates give in Ask SC, we are actually adding up our knowledge. We will know SFI more and understand more about how SFI works.
Maybe there are some things that we don't know about SFI. By reading the Ask SC, we will become acknowledged and more motivated to run this business. Maybe we have a sponsor who does not really active in SFI, and we feel like being "abandoned" by our sponsor. By reading Ask SC, then we can learn and move on without being abandoned. There are lots of useful information here in Ask SC. As a community, we are hand in hand providing positive answers that will encourage us to move forward.
That's just an example of how Ask SC help us become successful. Knowledge is very important. Maybe you're just a reader today. But you will become a leader tomorrow.

Why is setting goals so important in becoming successful in SFI?

Everything has a purpose. Even when we all sign up to SFI, there should be something which drove us to sign up. It could be a successful life, a wealthy life, a better future, or even just a curiosity. Whatever it was, it certainly made us here in SFI business.
As "businessmen" and "businesswomen" in SFI, we need to focus on what we are doing. We need to know what our final objectives are. That's why we need to set at least one goal for our business.
Think about a Captain of a ship. He needs to focus on the tracks that he has to follow. To help him stay on the tracks, he needs a tool to determine where he goes. That is a compass. The compass is his tool to guide him and not to make him lost. Our compass is the goal setting. Goals will help us stay on our tracks.
Set your goal daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly. Have you set up your goal? If you haven't had a chance, then now is the perfect moment to set it.
Keep up the great work...to your success!
