This depends on your team members. You first need to get to know them before offering them advice about placing standing orders.
I know one of my team members currently drinks a milkshake and has vitamins on a daily basis. I also know SFI has them in their TripleClick's Store for much less than wholesale prices they pay, already.
I may send them an eMail that says something like this "Here is the website for multi-vitamins available for this price, regularly, but less if placed on standing order...and buy the two together on standing order, and never run out when it is time to replace them. For members that set-up a standing order for these two product...not only will they have 1500 VP to maintain the benefits of being EA every month, but if you forward me a copy of your purchase receipt, I will send you a $2 gift certificate you may use off your next purchase or toward whatever you wish to use it for, your choice." Make sure to also use your product referral website link, so you also share in a percentage of the Standing Order's sale profit when promoting this. This is actually not as offensive as just asking them to buy something. They see you took the time to know about them, and to offer them a discount on something they buy for more money, anyways.
Additionally, offer someone that works in hospitality SFI Eco-Friendly Cleaning Supplies. They cost less than supermarkets, and are also more eco-friendly than everything I ever saw. If you know someone that cleans homes for a living, or even if they clean their own home you may additionally invite them to set up standing orders for house cleaning products, so they definitely do not run out of these products. If you try these at least once, you will know how much better these items are than store bought. The SFI products are not even watered down. Additionally, if you offer a cleaning product to a friend in the cleaning business, or who works at a hotel, or restraunt, etc. Always put a sticker on it that says "To re-order more, visit this website and become a member of SFI, first, then be sure to place this item on Standing order so not only will you never run out, but those that place standing orders also save more money, and earn more money with SFI.
Treat SFI like your favorite movie you just watched at a movie-theater...if you like SFI that much you want to share that with everyone on your team...you will encourage others to go see the movie for themselves, and to go to the movies always, so they do not miss the sequal...buy the movie tickets every week so we do not miss a single movie...well, SFI does not sell movie tickets, but if they did...wouldn't you just want to put a movie ticket on standing-order so you are always guarenteed a seat? Find out what is just as valuable as a movie ticket to your team-members, and be sure they never run out of their favorite items. They will THANK you for it. They will thank you just as much as if you advertised a discount on movie tickets being placed on a standing order, so they can be sure their favorite item is never sold out, or out of stock. You are actually doing them a favor by taking the time to know them, and helping make sure they always have their favorite items...since if they do not buy them at SFI, they are buying them somewhere else...probably at a supermarket that LETS their favorite items get sold out on them. What would really be good is if by chance you offered them their favorite item at SFI for less than the supermarket sells it for, and assure them if they place it on standing-order they will never run out and they learn that SFI products are healthier, and have a lower price-tag, and their supermarket cannot even match SFI prices with any coupons or rebates.
If you offer them a gift certificate, it will probably be tempting to switch to SFI products...and once they switch...they will know the difference. Dare to compare SFI to others. More ingredients, healthier, extra nutritious, eco-friendly products, Better Business Bureau Members...and some stores are not even members, but often people do not even bother to check that out.
There are many reasons to place a standing order just point out the benefits, and take the time to know your team. They are already buying at another location, more than likely. You are just asking them to switch brands and live healthier, because you care and have their interests at heart, unlike the supermarket...you even know their goals, and are a friend and team member.
Hopefully, the team members see you are really concerned about their success with SFI, and not trying to pressure them into making a standing order, like the person they are currently buying from who probably doesn't even care about their financial success. By the way, when is the last trip shopping you can remember your cashier saying "Please, come back in two weeks and rate your shopping experience, and we will reward you with VP, help you with your goals, provide you a sponsor and co-sponsor that believe in you, will help reward not only your purchases but all your friend's purchases, financially for their lifetime purchases, because at this supermarket, we wish to SHARE the income we just made from all your purchases and your family's and your friends, etc." I never heard my cashier say this...I only get asked "Plastic or paper?" Here is a coupon for $5 off your NEXT purchase, not a standing order, but "Pressure" to buy again and must usually spend $25 more to "earn" the $5 off. If I give this coupon to my friend...I still do not benefit.
Just point out the difference between shopping FOR someone else, and being rewarded for being able to buy or sell these same products they pay wholesale from somewhere else making others earn higher prices wholesale, than buying at their own home-based worldwide store.
