First I would like to look at the last part of your question and that is how to get the CSA's active again. You are making the assumption that they were at one time active. It is possible even probable in a lot of cases that they signed up and either scored a few VersaPoints during that time or even signed out without ever doing anything on the site.
One of the first things you need to do is to check which ones have every been active apart from those active only on their first day. You will see this information in your genealogy report. You are not going to ignore these CSA's but they do need handling differently from those that were or in some cases still are active.
For those that were active you need to try and find out why they are no longer active and then give them the encouragement they need to become active again. Finding out why they stopped being active gives you a good opportunity to tell them where they can improve on thewir reasons for leaving and entice them back into the fold.
With those that have never been active you may have a harder job. It is quite possible that they signed up for SFI through a paid action site which means they only signed up because they were getting paid to do so. A lot of these will not even acknowledge your emails but you need to point out to them the opportunity they are missing.

What would be a good way to hold offline classes or seminars to train my PSAs about SFI and TripleClicks?

I am not sure if this would be a particularly cost effective way of conducting your business. As SFI is world wide you will need a lot of affiliates to be living in your area unless you are going to be doing a lot of traveling.
While face to face training is better with the modern webinar sites it can be as if you are all in the same room. There is a lot more organization required for the offline seminars and you are not going to have as large an audience as you could possibly get with online webinars
I hope this helps

How do you become a great salesman or saleswoman?

Do you really need to be a great salesperson? I would say no. You are trying to encourage people to sign up to a free program, and then to follow some simple ways of getting yourself an income.
Many great sales people do not worry about the product they are promoting, they are only interested in the commission they will make by selling the product.
When selling SFI this is not the main requirement. You will be making more money by encouraging those who sign up to become EAs and team leaders. You will be promoting to increase your downline and consequently your potential income.
By encouraging those who sign up to follow the easy ways of earning money you will be increasing your income.
Always be truthful in all of your ads and in any other communication you have with your affiliates.

What is the best way to convince someone who is over 50 that they should get started with SFI?

I would start off with telling them there is no age limit to being an affiliate with SFI. I would go on to let them know the advantages that are afforded an SFI affiliate. The age factor should not come into any reason for joining SFI.
The program itself will show potential affiliates what there is to be gained by joining SFI. As there is no face to face commitment with SFI there is no reason for anyone to know your age. O.K. your photo needs to be on your leadership page, but what a person looks like does not determine their commitment or ability to follow or use any program.
I wish you success with your endeavors.

How do you install an SFI or TripleClicks banner on your blog?

This can depend on the platform your blog is running on. As there are several platforms, the most common ones being Wordpress and Blogger, there are different methods of installing them.
Basically you need to get the code of the banner(s) you wish to use and then place the code in the appropriate place on your page.
Do not just copy the banner as some of them are constantly updated and this will only happen if the code is used.
How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

The best way to assure you get your affiliates to follow the duplication trail is by encouraging them to do just that. You can do this by using your team mail to explain how you are getting on and the profits you have made with SFI.
Make sure you are doing the things that you want your affiliates to do. It is no good expecting them to do the things you don't do.
You can of course point out various ways that can be used that you don't use and possibly include the reasons for you not using these methods.
Everybody is different and so what works for you may not work for all your affiliates. When this happens you will need to be able to help your affiliate(s) to understand why it is not happening for them and then point out alternatives that may work better for them than they did for you.
I hope this helps you and wish you every success in your SFI business.

Should my ads link to my own webpage/blog...or to an SFI Gateway? Which is the best approach and why?
Derek Barrington, Aff (United Kingdom)

Affiliate since: 02/24/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Where your ads link to is sometimes just personal preference while at other times it is done for a reason.
I have some ads going to my personal gateway and others going to my website and more going to my blog.
As for which is the best approach the links going to my blog or website are to improve my site or blog ranking in Google and the other search engines. So this gives you part of the why as well.
If you want the links to go to your own website or blog then they either need to be all about SFI or TripleClicks or they need to have an auto forward to go onto your gateway. If those don't click the links on your website then it could mean lost potential affiliates.
To put your SFI links on Twitter or Facebook you will need to use your webpage or blog links to get past the Twitter and Facebook spam engines.

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?
Derek Barrington, Aff (United Kingdom)

When giving a brief overview you are more likely to get affiliates joining and not stopping with SFI, because although it looked good in the ad they realize it is not for them.
This could be for any number or reasons not least the fact they are unlikely to make money straight away.
It is important prospective affiliates know what they are going to be needing to do before they sign up.
There are those that will sign up just because it is free, but it should be pointed out to them that if they do stay free it may take some time for them to build their business enough to start making money.

When a person joins SFI, what things are the most important for him or her to do?
Derek Barrington, Aff (United Kingdom)

One of the most important things the new affiliate can do is to read as much as possible about SFI.
They should read everything on the start and also SFI basics.
Once they have seen what is involved then they should start to work with SFI and do some of the getting started actions, along with the red tabs so they can enter the Daily draw on their first full day. I advise my affiliates to do the actions that will get them their fast track badge before they do any other getting started actions.

What are the drawbacks to using link cloaking software?
Derek Barrington, Aff (United Kingdom)
1/4/2015 4:57 pm
Affiliate since: 02/24/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
The main drawback of using link cloaking software is some people see a cloaking link and won't click on it because they are wondering what you are trying to hide. Many internet users will not click on bit.ly and tinyurl links because they are sometimes used by spammers.
These do have the facility of checking your click through rates.
In the case of links for Twitter or Facebook you need to have a cloaked link to get past the spam engines these companies employ.
By far the best way to cloak links is by using your own blog or website. This not only gets your links shown anywhere on the internet, but it also adds to your website or blog rankings.
