SFI provides many tools to help you grow and manage your business. But there are tools that other internet marketers use. It's your business. Feel free to explore what is availble to make your business grow. One of the best ways to find these are to just google 'free internet tools for marketers' There are so many that streamline the process of prospecting, supporting, and growing your business.
No two tools are created equal so beware. Anything that streamlines the process of getting commissions is good anything too time consuming to learn should be outsourced. Find a mentor to guide you and help you employ the best internet marketing strategies.

What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

The best way to build a team with true team spirit in SFI is to be the best sponsor that you can be. Beside following all of the awesome tips provide in the SFI affiliate center, take 1 step further. Don't just ask your network to duplicate help them do it. As the sponsor, you have certain power to assign affiliates, TCredits, Gift Certificates, and your experience in SFI.
One of the problems I've encountered in SFI is that some sponsors expect their affiliates to know what they know and if they can't grasp the concept then they have no value. Every affiliate that joins SFI has value and brings value to SFI and your affiliates are your customers. So treat them royally and they will reward you royally.
Setting the expectation early on goes a long ways toward created a team spirit. Let your affiliates see that you are a team player by helping them make milestones and achieve their financial goals. In other words, go the extra mile of the way as a sponsor. Notwithstanding, you should never reward apathy but learn why if possible such a disposition was taken. No one comes to SFI without the expectation of making money. So first and far most help your affiliates to do that and you will have earned their loyalty and respect for life!

What do you do about PSAs that start off great but then suddenly become completely inactive?

PSAs that start off great and then quit have burned themselves out. It happens. People hope to get a quick return on their investment of time and money. So after the first 30 days if they are not in profit they are gone! This is why it is crucial to work closely with your PSAs and set the appropriate expectation in your messages. Lead by example.
That said, you can't control what happens in someone's life or the decisions they make. If you have set the appropriate expectation and offered the best support that you know how to give then I would not worry at all over PSAs who decide to give up, quit, or opt out. Strong Future International has a system in place that can bring financial independence to anyone with a computer and an internet connection but we have to work the system. When life gets in the way, then we have to adapt and keep moving. For example, I have an affiliate that is going through a family crisis right now. So SFI is on the backburner for them. That's okay. When they are ready to fully commit to their daily work I will support that affiliate.
Affiliates need to understand that we are a team and together we can achieve the goal of improving our lifestyles. Be an awesome sponsor and you will have done everything you can do. One thing that helps me is to keep a timeline. A goal without a plan is just an idea and without a deadline it's just wishful thinking. We should be helping our team to set clear goals that are attainable. No pie in the sky fluff is needed. Just offer a written plan that will help your affiliates get from where they are to where they want to be. Then let them decide how long that are willing to work toward that plan.
Consequentially, should your PSA quit, move on! Find other movers that are willing to work and stay the course. Success can come rather quickly but success will never come before work. Follow the rules of success and never sweat the small stuff. Always work with your movers as long as it takes to help them reach their goals.

What's the best way to learn how to become a successful online entrepreneur?

The only way to become a successful online entreprenuer is to learn by doing. You have to execute. All of the plans in the world fall flat without action. The road to failure is paved with good intentions but lacks correct action and due diligence. Time is a major determinant in the success of any venture so you have to be realistic about the time you expect to see success. Then you have to define what success means to you. Success for one is mediocrity for another.
Of course, you have to possess all of the characteristics of an entrepreneur and you must have an insatiable desire for knowledge. Knowledge is power when it is applied correctly. Without application, it's just information and of no real benefit. So you just don't have to read a lot but apply that knowledge to your business. Just do a google search for the 10 best selling books on entrepreneurship and then set yourself a time line to read those books. Take notes while you read and apply what you learn as you go.
Finally, the quickest way to become successful in anything is to find someone who you consider successful and learn from them. Surround yourself with many mentors so to speak. Learn from the trial and error of others and capitalize on their success. That's what the richest people in the world do and it's a good practice to follow. Never stop growing, learning and doing. Enjoy the journey and appreciate every step along the way toward your ultimate success. Learning from your failures is just as important as celebrating your success.

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

Many an affiliate falls into this dilemma at some part early in the business so the first thing you should do is to remind that affiliate that they are not the only one that is struggling to grow their SFI business. People can easily become victim to the 'poor me' mentality. So nip this one in the bud and let your affiliates know of the struggles that you had early in the business.
Find out what they are doing to promote products, sponsor affiliates, and build their business. Some people what you to do the work for them while others expect overnight success. Even with paid ads, there is a learning curb and every campaign has to be perfected. There is no one hit wonder that solves all of the problems of growing the business. Much work, patience, dedication, and learning is required. If your affiliate is not willing to do this, then SFI is not a good fit for them.
Moreover, reassure your team that you are available to assist them with their marketing efforts by providing co-ops, gift certificates, TCredits, and team support, Set the expectation properly by telling your team honestly when they can expect to see better results. If your team just uses free advertising and is afraid to invest then for sure they will become disheartened because free ads take more time to work and they have to be dead on to get the desired results because there is much competition in this area.
Finally, always end your communications with your affiliates on a positive note. If they are down then you must point them in the right direction and give them 2 or 3 suggestions that they can try to improve their results. If they try they will find that they can succeed at this business.

How do you get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential...and not just a hobby?

Affiliate since: 07/02/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
Treat your business like a business and it will eventually reward you as such but if you treat your business like a hobby then you will not make very much money. You can't control what people think about SFI. All you can do is control how you treat your SFI business. Success is the culmination of right actions taken over a period of time. So just like in a brick & mortar business, you need a routine. Eventhough, you work from home and this business can be done in as few as 1 to 3 hours per day. Without good work ethic, you just will not gain the momentum you need to reach higher milestones.
So simply remind your affiliates of important routine task from the ToDo list. Everyone can relate to a todo list. These are things that you need to do, right? There are things that need to be done daily, weekly, and monthly. Keep it simple and your odds of success will greatly improve. Trying to reinvent the wheel is not necessary when everything is laid out in pfelain fashion in the business center. So stick with the basics and use the resources afforded to every team member and especially the earnings calculator.
Finally, I believe it is easy to see how a small seed grows into a mighty tree! At first it is just a seed. Then it is planted in fertile soil. Over time, it germinates and the seedling is seen. At this point it is hardly a mighty tree and provides no shade. But with proper care and nourishment over time it does become a tree. So it is with any business venture. You must give it time and nuture it all the way to fruition.

What are the most effective ways to communicate with your downline to get results?

The most effective way to communicate with your downline is over the phone. Unfortunately they are problems with this like language barriers, and not all affiliates provide permission to be contacted by phone. The cost can be an issue to some but here in the States it's easy to get a cost effective telecommunications plan with any provider.
That said, the second best is email. Email works only if the mail is actually delivered and read by the recipient. You have to be sure that your affiliates whitelist your email address and
[email protected]. Otherwise all of your email is going into spam, bulk, junk, and just plain not delivered.
The other option is instant messaging. There are lots of options but not in all countries. So just use the option that works best in your situation.
In conclusion the worst thing you can do is not to reach out to your team. Never just assume that people understand. Check with them and be sure that you are on the same page. Show genuine interest in their concerns and follow up on your promises. Always provide more value that is expected and you will be an awesome communicator.

I'm an EA2. What should my next objective be and how should I fulfill it?
Williams Ford, Aff (Georgia, US)

I am thrilled that you are EA once again. So you must commit to your effort to maintain at least EA every month because it qualifies you for commissions from the EP as long as you are an EA. The next milestone is BTL and you should definitely go for it! The benefits chart makes it clear the difference as far as perks. But you can't measure the rewards of all the potential 2nd home CSAs you will receive while you are BTL. Therefore, I highly recommend to my team that BTL be the benchmark for milestone achievements. With every milestone achievement the 2nd home CSAs will be awarded in greater shares. This is more incentive to reach higher milestones.
However with each milestone achieved, there are requirements that must be met in SVP and AVP. So your next objective should be to be sure that you are maximizing your SVP and AVP to achieve the higher milestones. For BTL you get to use up to 2000 SVP toward TL qualification. If your budget only allows for 1500 SVP then you need the other 1500 in AVP. There are many ways to earn these points.
1. Daily Grand
2. Auction Bids (500 AVP available)
3. DistribuStar
4. TL support (unlimited AVP available)
5. ASKSC
6. Daily, weekly, and monthly actions
I recommend that you suggest to your PSAs to do the same actions you have done to maintain EA. So if you 6 PSAs then you should shoot for 6 new EAs. This will earn you 600 AVP toward the 1500 that you need to make BTL. Now you only need 700 more AVP to achieve BTL. If you are good at communicating you can win about 500 to 700 AVP through ASK SC alone! But staying the course and using all the means to earn those points will definitely pay off. I expect that doing that you will be BTL before you know it!

What's the best way to motivate my affiliates to become buyers at TripleClicks?

Affiliate since: 07/02/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
Of course you can make any buy what they don't need so the key to helping your team members to become supporters of TripleClicks is to support TripleClicks yourself. Your team can see your participation by the badges you sport on your pages. Leading by example is going to be the first thing you want to do.
Secondly, you have to educate your team on which products you use and why. Your team needs to understand the importance of SVP and role it plays in milestone achievement. We all have to remember that without products being sold there can be no commissions paid out. Each of us has the responsibility to support TripleClicks. Setting a standing order is not necessary but if you do set a standing order equal to 1500 VP or more then your solidify your place as a Gold Fast Track member. Fast track members get an extra 10% added to their shares from the EP.
Not only is it important to support TripleClicks because of Fast Track qualification and the EP but also so that members can grow their networks. PSAs to Go, S Builder, Bid and Build, and ECAs who sell PSAs are useful products found at TripleClicks. Depending on just free advertising can mean that you only get about 30 PSAs when you can get a lot more with a minimal investment of money to make the most of your time. Rather than shove the need to buy PSAs down your team members throat, tell them about all of the time that they will save from clicking ads for credits, and emails. Time is a very valuable commodity and we all want to make good use of our time. We all want to earn bigger commissions sooner rather than later so let your team know this.
Finally, we all need exceptional value. When you can show exceptional value for any TripleClicks product then you will have the best chance at selling it to the right team member. The bottom line is that your team needs to have the means to buy, and the authority to buy. If they don't have money they can't make purchases. To really get the ball rolling in the right direction offer to split the cost of a small transfer buy with your team member by providing them a gift certificate toward their purchase. Gift certificates are a two-edged sword and serve not only to provide goodwill and build rapport but also they serve as savings for your team member and a boost to help reach milestone achievement. Always provide value and the why and the how and when will come. Soon you will find that your PSAs enjoy all of the benefits of being an active TripleClicks member including membership reward points. With TripleClicks it's always free to register, no auto ships, and no mandatory purchases with uhlimited membership rewards.

What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?
Williams Ford, Aff (Georgia, US)

Affiliate since: 07/02/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
The best way to motivate your team to become leaders is to lead by promoting a team building concept. This means that you help every member that maintains at least EA to build their network. Provide a co-op and explain to them that a co-op splits the cost of advertising. If you are using free advertising, then explain to them that a free co-op will save time because the more people using a network will draw a larger following. In marketing this is name as the swarm effect.
Many marketers are discouraged from free advertising because everyone is using it. While this is true, everyone does not know how to engage the prospect in such a way as to command a desired response. Traffic exchanges are growing because more people are looking for ways to create additional income. So this is a viable source of traffic when you know how to tap into it by distinguishing your message from the competition. That's why all the businesses try to get into the business district in town!
Any way, EAs are the building blocks of a growing network. Your network starts with EA. So reward all of your EAs with new members. Not only with this motivate them to maintain EA but also it will encourage them to recruit for themselves. Teach your EAs how to set up co-ops and reward their EAs with members. Then over time you don't ever have to mention higher milestone achievements because they will start to occur naturally. This is spontaneous growth. This is where you want your focus to be.
Contrarily, when you place demands on your network to reach for higher milestones without the support of EAs in your network burnout is the end result. It is not possible to maintain the higher milestones without active EAs in your network. When you drive your team to such a exasperated place they start dying off like flies! This is why people who were once active in SFI quit - burnout!
Therefore rather than recruiting 1000s of affiliate a day in the efforts of making Platinum, it is far better to recruit 5 and teach them how to recruit 5 and so forth. Build sustainability in your network by creating EAs that understand how things work. This is not a sprint but indeed it is a marathon because it take time to develop such a network. You start at square 1 and lay a strong foundation based of the basics. Your workers will understand and respect you when you focus on a team build model and not on a make money fast model. When done properly over time no EA will remain EA. No BTL will remain BTL. Everyone will eventually go Platinum! That's the beauty of the Strong Future International compensation plan. Awesome, isn't it?
