How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

The question it self assumes that to become a leader one has to have a gift of leadership at the time of birth or Children of Ordinary persons cannot become leaders in their life or in business.

This premises is wrong.

No one is born Leader. Same Is for SFI leadership.

Only You can decide whether you can be A team leader in SFI or not. If you want to be A team leader , and you are passionate about it and committed to being a Team leader , You will take necessary

What would be a good way to hold offline classes or seminars to train my PSAs about SFI and TripleClicks?

Offline classes and seminars are old school of thoughts.

Such techniques were adapted by earlier Network marketing companies in 90's .

Now we are Internet marketers. So Use only online methods. There are many ways such as Website, Blog, Mailers, Power point presentations, Skype conference, Webinars.

However SFI never says you do not use offline method.

SFI represents multiple income earning opportunities. Should I focus on just one, some, or ALL?

Now you are qualified to receive Tcredits as per your rank, Two CSAs too. You are already an ECA.

For being successful in any business particularly in SFI following are the personal characteristics and skills we need. Remember the skills can be developed over time.

1. Being Passionate about the business- When you are being passionate you do it against all odds

You need to participate in First win auction.

Before participating , keep observing every 1st win auction that you can. Make notes. Keep track of the auction start time and end time. Keep track of how many members participated in this auction.Keep track who bid how many t credits. You can even record the auction and check all these.

Learn by observation.

Read text ads written in Marketing aids
Read the banners

Visit classified pages , go to different categories, and read the ads

Before writing , recollect what outcome you expect from ad. For whom you are going to write. Just put your thoughts in a few lines.

Your ad should wording should address the worry/ concern of the reader. Mention how you are going to help them if they take action suggested by you. And call for an action.(

There are many ways to become EA every month. There is a special section under Reference tab of your SFI Affiliate center called "How to go EA". Becoming EA means earning 1500 versa points evey Month.

1. Transfer Buying: Fastest and Easiest way. (It is better to buy the products that are shipped from your country to save on Shipping cost) You can buy Digital products or e books etc if you do not want to buy physical products

According to me , those who have no previous experience of Network marketing and have become SFI affiliates , will find hard to understand what duplication is.

If you are lucky enough to have team members who have previous experience in Network marketing , you just have to guide them what are the best ways to duplicate the things from the sponsor.

Asking anyone NOT to do anything in first month of joining is like expecting a scientist not to do experiments for a limited time period .

However there can be one DONT

1.Do not Try to be a Team leader in first month by Investing more. The first month gives you enough time to learn about SFI business and to know what are the requirements to become a team leader and what are the responsibilities coming with it.
