The short answer is no! There are no shortcuts to success for new affiliates. If you have found a shortcut you are either missing something vital out, or you are possibly very rich and buying your way to success.
This is not a get rich quick scheme, it is an ethical business which takes time and effort on your part to build up and consequently reach success.
I have not seen an ethical business on the internet that offers you shortcuts to success. Everybody should know that the only way to make money is to find a reliable business source and work with it. That means follow the steps that are in place and have been used for many years and proven to be successful.
Although possibly not the answer you were looking for, I hope it helps you understand how and why SFI works for so many people. I wish you every success in your SFI endeavors.

What is the best way to help my PSAs understand SFI?

By keeping in touch with your PSAs and handling any of their questions you will be helping them to understand the TEAM work that is available in SFI. Encourage your PSAs to go through their to do list everyday, and to read the launchpad lessons.
All the information you and they need is available online, but if your PSAs get to know you personally they will have someone they can go to if they have problems.
By sending regular emails to your team you can let them know there is someone available. SFI works so well because we help each other, but they have to do some of the work themselves.
Talk to your team if you catch them online at the same time as you are. Always encourage them to read through all there is about SFI on the website. Of course they will have to do this a couple of articles at the time. If you give them too much they may rebel and not follow you any more.
The more you understand about SFI the more you can tell your affiliates. Keep up with the news and look at the affiliate tips. Use this information and pass it on to your affiliates.
Wishing your success in your SFI endeavors.

How does a2a help me build my SFI business?

What a good question Dignasia.
When you pick your friends on a2a you can pick those who you feel will be able to give you the most help, advice and insight into SFI and its workings along with the best way of going about things.
You can pick friends from your own country and get advice on how those friends make SFI work for them.
You can pick some friends from among the more successful marketers and use the information you gain from them to increase your business.
Put the two together and you will have the pick of not only what works but also what works best in your country.
We all have things that appear to work better in some countries than in others. We need to use all the information we gain to be a better and more confident marketer.
I hope this helps you. Wishing you great success in your SFI business.

What are some good incentive offers for prospects to encourage people to join my SFI team?

The only incentives I offer are those that they can earn with SFI.
Explain how SFI works and how you, and consequently they, can make money. Make sure you explain to them that this is a long term business and not a get rich quick scheme.
Explain to your prospects where you are and what you have done. Also let them know how you have achieved the things you have.
Really if you explain what SFI is all about they should be heading towards you in droves.
Also explain to them that as this is a real business it will need real commitment on their part.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

It is not just a case of encouraging or discouraging your PSA's to become a team leader. You need to give them a full explanation of your reasons for the advice you are giving.
You should be explaining to them that they would not be getting any of the team leader benefits, (apart from 2nd home CSA's,) if they haven't got a team to lead. Of course if they are extremely lucky they could pick up a couple of EA2's in their 2nd home CSA's but that is rather a gamble.
They would be far better off spending the money they will need to spend to upgrade, on some paid advertising so they could build their team up. Once they have a team to lead then I will encourage them to become team leaders.

Thousands of SFI affiliates are doing the same thing. How do you stand out from the crowd?
Derek Barrington, Aff (United Kingdom)

Hello William,
How do I stand out in the crowd?
I do something different to all the others, and in doing so I get myself noticed. So you can stand out from the crowd in exactly the same way. Instead of sending out the ads that are pre-written by SFI, use them as a model on which to design your own ads. Write some really good headlines or subject lines for your emails. When you do this make sure you do not say anything that is not true. We do not need to big up SFI as the program talks for itself by delivering excellence to all affiliates.
If you are using text ads then again use the pre-written SFI ads as a template to put the new ad in your own words.
We are all after more signups so that our downline and consequently our income increases.
I hope this helps you and wish you every success with your SFI business

What is the best way to set up SEO (search engine optimization) on my website, to promote SFI and TripleClicks?

The best way to set up and optimize your web site would be to write articles about SFI and TripleClicks. As there are so many options with both sites you will have plenty of material to use. By the correct optimization you will attract the search engines.
You can also use one or more of the site submitters to help to get your site listed.
The best type of site you can have is a blog. I would also suggest having a signup box for your newsletter on your site so you can keep your site in the mind of those who do not sign up straight away.
I hope this helps you and wish you every success in your SFI business

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

I would suggest that to bribe your affiliates would be highly immoral, but I would also suggest that to reward them for the work they have done is very good business practice.
Would you like a lot of affiliates who do absolutely nothing because they don't get enough encouragement from their sponsor or would you prefer 5 hard working affiliates who also each have 5 hard working affiliates because they have followed your lead and have built up their team through encouragement?
I know which I would rather have!
Thinking about it logically what some may see as a bribe others see as a bonus for work they have done. Surely it is only a bribe when you want someone to do you as a personal favor, or you want someone to choose you as their supplier so you pay them to do that. It doesn't matter what you are offering to your downline you are only offering it to those who carry out the work that is required to earn that bonus.
I hope this answer helps you and wish you every success in your SFI business

Where can I get good content for my SFI blog without infringing on copyrighted material?

A very good question, but what exactly does the word copyright mean. In the statement below I have just extracted the part of the meaning that is applicable to writers. This is copied from the Wikipedia website but I have not broken copyright rules as I have inserted the source of the statement.
'Copyright does not cover ideas and information themselves, only the form or manner in which they are expressed'. (Source: Wikipedia)
So my interpretation of this is you can take someones ideas and rewrite them in your own words. Don't believe me? How many ways do you think murder can be committed? Certainly not enough ways for all the murder mystery books there are on the bookshelves.
So what does that mean for you? It means you can take any information from any website and rewrite it in your own words and publish it without any fear of breaking copyright rules.
You will of course have to be very careful with your rewrite of the copyright material to ensure you still get the correct meaning of what you are trying to say across to your readers.
I wish you every success with your SFI business

To promote my SFI business, how do I get listed on Google, Bing, and other popular search engines?

There are submitters available to help you submit your website to the search engines.
The best way to get listed on the major search engines is to have your own website. With this you can optimize the site to suit your niche.
A blog updated every day or at least every other day is one of the best methods of attracting the search engines. Keep your content to the point and as optimized as you possibly can. The large search engines love fresh content.
