Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

In my opinion, the choice should be left to them, but they should provide the necessary information to make their choice which is better for them. For instance, it is not so difficult to attain EA status in the first two months, unlike the subsequent months and in particular the status of team leader. Also, it makes sense to have this status if you have a team. If you all want it so quickly, it is necessary that from the first day of the SFI devote much effort advertising with the aim of obtaining new members.
Give them all this information, what is the task of the sponsor, and the final decision is always theirs.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

In my opinion, it is a matter of free choice of each of us, depending on the assessment and ambitions, so it should be left to your co-workers to decide for themselves. If you directly ask for advice, I would then say, from personal experience, it is better to make a good team as the basis of everything, and then easily reach higher ranks. The reverse process is not good.
Should I promote participation in Pricebenders to my team? If so, for what reason(s)?

You should to promote participation in Pricebenders because you don't exactly know the possibilities of your members. Maybe some of them could be very successful in auctions. Your task is to learn them about the possibilities in SFI and TripleClicks, but they must to choose. Also, when you bidding at auctions you win MRP's and action VP's which can be very useful. By MRP's you can win VP's if you buy Tcredits or you can use MRP's to buy some products with special discounts.

SFI forum is the place where affiliates make a very useful conversation about all news in this business and news are daily so if you don't won't to miss something what can be very important to your work, be there daily.
Sometimes other affiliates have exactly the same problem like you (like how to advertise for good team) and they wrote about that today on Forum. It is today on your screen when you click on ALERTS. Tomorrow, this post is somewhere in Forum, maybe you will not see them never if you are not good searcher.

I have planned a local get-together for A2A affiliates. Any suggestions on what to do at the meeting?

This local gathering can be useful in two ways: offer each other's products to sell on TripleClicks to avoid delivery costs and create mutual benefit and combine multiple resources for local marketing campaign about SFI and TripleClicks that will benefit all of you. And perhaps the most valuable of all is your exchange of ideas that are applicable to your environment. In any case, I support the idea and I wish you much success.
What is the most important goal you've set for your SFI business and why?

The most important goal I set for my business is to make a good team. So, main goal is to duplicate because this is the way to develop business and my earnings. I could not make good earnings alone, I am not Big Dog auction winner or good seller of TripleClicks products. People in my country these days start to make a habit to online shopping. If I make a good team with their earnings and VPs I will make a good earning.
Why do so many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI?

In my opinion, they become inactive shortly after joining SFI or even quit, because they think naively that this is literally "program with no cost" in which you can find "easy money". They don't have experience about online affiliate business and their expectations are to high and unreasonable. When they realize that big earning ( 5 active affiliates in your team with 5 more in their downline)is just a possibility which you can achieve with long term work and investment they are disappointed and become inactive.

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

The question is what is "new" affiliate, and what you can find out from their Affiliate Profile in his first month, for instance. I think that it is worthwhile to create individual, personalized letters to PSA after his first month when he is in EA status. Make special effort, work and give the best help to workers. They will come from the crowd and then give them all attention, like with this personalized letter. They already know the meaning of what you are doing, they don't think that you only want to earn on their work , they will understand correctly.

Are you planning to use the new JMT Gateway...and will you recommend it to your team? Why or why not?

I already used JMT Gateway on Pinterest and from there it works good. I also put JMT Gateway on my blog and I will advertise that blog. Also JMT Gateway works good from sites for free ads. From facebook and twitter don't work. I think JMT Gateway is great, because it is personal and people likes it. JMT Gateway have good text, picture , links and it is made by professional, so I don't think that I know better. Also everyone who teach about marketing and advertising think that personal is good.

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

I think, no matter where you advertise, your ad must be short, clear and attractive. Link form that ad could lead to your blog or to your gateway. That is a place for lengthy, detailed information. If you put all that on your ad, that will not be attractive, it will be to long. First ad must be good idea in short and attractive form. When you have an attention of person who is looking at your ad he will go after your link to your gateway or blog for more information.
