PSA’s to go is a great way of getting many PSA. They come in within a set amount of time and you receive the amount you paid for. There is no guarantee that any will or won’t work.

S-Builder stands for success. Success Builder is a simpler way to build your downline. One share of S Builder costs $22 and you can receive PSA ranging from 1 to 30 or more, there is NO set amount.

S-Builder works like this They will essentially pool the advertising dollars of hundreds of SFI affiliates and then place ads on their behalf. S-Builder advertises In multiple channels, they advertise in a variety of ways on the Web. They also advertise in magazines, newspapers, and on mobile devices such as cellphones, iPads, etc.Everyone participating in the co-op then shares in the results of the advertising. Pooling money like this allows them to purchase blocks of advertising that would be too risky for individuals.

You can promote S Builder to your downline or you can start a S Builder Co Op with other team members and share the cost of the S Builder unit. The larger the team the more units the more shares of PSA’s you and your team will reap. So the better option would definitely be S Builder first and whenever you can afford it PSA’s to go.

KEY CODES -When advertising it is in your best interest to use Key Codes, they tell you which ad's are bringing in the most or least hits. Use numbers at the end of your gateway link http://www.sfi4.com12345678/101/free The 101 is your key code.
NOTE: You can choose any number for your ad-based Key Codes, EXCEPT the following codes currently reserved for SFI corporate use:

1101 for affiliates from S-Builder.
1104 for PSAs To Go/PSAs won at Auctions
1200 for affiliates who were not referred to SFI by anyone.
1300 for TripleClicks members via the TC Tell-A-Friend feature.

HIT TRACKING -the tools provided by SFI make marketing easy . If ,you keep track of the Key Codes used SFI provides you with the number of hits for each code.

You must keep notes on WHAT Key Codes were used and WHERE they were used because SFI only provides you with the number of hits each Key Code received.You can use the same Gateway link in different ways for example classifieds, flyers , blogs, use three different Key Codes on the same Gateway link. The Eager Zebra game is made up of three rounds-
The Bronze round is made up of 5 questions where you are asked the most popular answer and you have 5 minutes between each question.
The Silver round is made up of 5 questions where you are asked the least popular answer and you have 4 minutes between each question.
The Gold round has no limit to the number of questions. Here you are asked most and least popular answers and you have 3 minutes between each question.The game ends when you answer incorrectly. There are no set number of questions.

When answering questions always remember that it's not about the factual answer as in Knockout Trivia but about opinions based on survey's, hence "the most popular answer" and "the least popular answer". This is a guessing game.

You can use the time between questions to google the answers, but remember the questions will alway be most popular and least popular choices, not the most correct. You can also ask someone else their opinion and base your answer on this. If you cannot answer a question you can choose to pass at the cost of 1T Credit, 2nd pass will be 3 T Credits and 3rd pass will be 5 T Credits. You can use these to go further in the game and each T Credit earns you MRP and Poll points.

It is very easy to get confused while playing Eager Zebra Gold Streak, read questions carefully and take your time to answer. Remember answer's are based on opinions, not necessarily fact. The best way to master this game is to play often after all "Practice makes Perfect".

I think 99.9% of affiliates who register at SFI are unaware of what they signed into. As Team Leader's our responsibility is to the members who decide to stay and make the commitment to the business. They will understand the need for SO.

When communicating with affiliates who are not yet ready to commit , handle with care. Try to find out where their strength lies then let them decide which income stream at SFI suits them best.

Excellent sales people can sell products from TriplClicks and earn enough vp to make EA. Some affiliates strength may lie in the games section or at the PriceBenders auctions. Remind them of the importance of being EA, encourage reading and participation at the Forum and answering Ask SC questions. Some will realise that this is a real business and that they are a part of it.

Once an affiliate becomes committed there will be no need for motivation from you , they themselves will realise the importance of a S O.

Affiliates first need to know the different income streams provided by SFI.
On SFI the Income Stream that will make you the most money is Sponsoring affiliates.
On Tripleclicks you accumulate Sales VP when you sell products to your personally referred members and you also get direct commissions.
Pricebenders Auctions deliver brand new (and, occasionally, refurbished), brand name merchandise, gift cards, and more at prices that are far below retail prices.
ECA referrals will earn you both CV commissions and versa points.
Games at SFI can win you TCredits.
These are the income streams at SFI, teach team members to focus on the one's that they are most comfortable with.

The most difficult thing to do is tell someone what to do especially if you are not doing it yourself. It is necessary to LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
For new affiliates encourage them to simply follow the directions at the "Launch Pad Series" and "Rules of Success ". The E365 challenge is a fun contest that gives you some great goals to shoot for during your first year in SFI. And while you're competing in E365, you're, of course, also accumulating LOTS of versa points.

Motivate affiliates go join A2A. Making new friends at SFI and finding friends from the same country will create affinity. They can also participate in the Forum.One gets news on new products, current development, etc; any questions posted at the forum will receive many answers. The Forum is interesting, motivating , inspiring and encouraging.visit at least once a day.

Teach team members how to advertise in the free classifieds using the banners provided by SFI. Benefits can be enormous and the only cost is time.

Help affiliates to complete all actions on their to do list including the immediate and intermediate actions. Keep reminding them of the importance of reading a little everyday. Success is built on great habits and habits are formed through practice . Chinese Philosopher Lau Tzu said....

If your'e not Moving your'e Dying. To all SFI affiliates out there, the only place you want to be is on someone's Movers list. Being a Mover tells your Team Leader that you are serious about what you are doing and staying there tells him that you are a 'Shaker' and a 'Rocker'.

On a more serious note the Movers Tab should be the Most Important Tab for all Team Leaders.

The Movers Tab tells you at a glance who on your team are logging in daily and doing their daily and weekly tasks.
It also helps you to identify, assist, encourage or advise team members.
Use E-cards to encourage people who suddenly show up on your mover's tab.
Remind those that have not logged in daily on the importance of Daily Tasks.
Assist members who you think might need help and last start a Co Op with all the most serious members on your team.

Everything we do today takes time and not everyone has the time to do everything they want to do,so we end up only doing only the most important things in our life. Time will pass anyway ..you can either spend it CREATING THE LIFE YOU WANT or living the life you don't want. The choice is yours.

Now with SFI you have to spend at least 1hour on the daily requirements. This alone is not enough to earn profitably,but it is important VP that you cannot afford to lose. You now need to spend time advertising your business.
