What advice would you give to an SFI affiliate who wants to create and maintain their own SFI website?

Having an SFI website can be very encouraging for the members of the team. If an affiliate want to create his/her own SFI website, I think he/she needs to think and set what kind of website it would be, is it a free or paid one, and what will the contents be.
The SFI website needs to be focused on what are SFI and how to run this business. The more complete the information about SFI, the better. It depends on him/her whether he/she wants to create a website from a free domain or a paid domain. Either one has both advantages and disadvantages. Depends also in the budget allowed to choose one. If he/she is willing to spend a few dollars for a website, then why doesn't he/she try to buy a website? It doesn't matter if the website is free or paid, as long as he/she can maintain it regularly.
Now how to maintain the website? I think he/she needs to give update information about SFI. Some policies are changed these days. Therefore, the contents of the website should be adjusted to give the latest information for others. He/she needs to update the website regularly, for example weekly, monthly, if not daily.
Also, he/she needs to update the anti virus and anti spam protections in order to have a good quality of his/her website. Updating them regularly will help protecting the website from spam and malfunction.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

How does one support a new affiliate from the second month in gaining needed VersaPoints if he/she does not have any funds?

To be able to survive in SFI, we need a commitment and persistence. I think it won't be a problem if a new affiliate does not have any funds. This is what I do to support my new affiliates who does not have any funds. I keep sending them encouraging messages through Team Mail.
If the affiliates don't have budget to purchase items in TripleClicks, then I encourage them to advertise on free advertising sites and do their To-Do lists every day. I always refer them to the Basics of SFI.
When I have sufficient TCredits or Gift Certificates, then I will give them some to help them gain some VersaPoints. I keep encouraging them to move on and not be discouraged because they don't have funds. No matter how they do their actions, as long as they are consistent and persistent in doing those actions, they will reap the fruits.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

If you were asked to make a presentation about SFI to an organization, what would you tell them about SFI?
Jane C, Aff (Indonesia)

Affiliate since: 07/01/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
I am a bit organized person. So I will try to find out what kind of organization that is and what their major concerns and needs are. After that, I will make a rough draft on how to link their concerns to SFI.
The next step is I will tell them about the internet in general, the fast-growing influence on business nowadays. When they and I are comfortable enough with the situation we are talking about, then I will tell them about SFI in general, that SFI is an International business company which runs their business through internet. It is one of the fastest growing company in online business.
SFI is not the same as other online businesses on the net. It is not a quick money making company. It needs time and efforts just like real business that we do in our lives. We do it just like we do our current job. Just like our jobs need "our presence" daily, weekly, and monthly, and we have to "go" to our work place and do some activities there, SFI also needs "our presence" by "coming" to its websites and doing actions daily, weekly, and monthly. We will "be paid" by doing actions as our activities in SFI. We will get "bonuses" if we reach certain status. It will be bigger if we can be a Team Leader.
I will use some metaphors connecting SFI and the organization. Basically, make it as interesting as possible for the people in that organization to attract them to join SFI.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?
Jane C, Aff (Indonesia)

Affiliate since: 07/01/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
Before going further to the things unnecessary in communication, I think it's necessary to give an opinion on the members' right. I believe that every one of us has different opinion on this matter. Maybe some of us will say that we need to keep communicating with our team regularly. But how regularly should we communicate with them? Maybe some will say that we need to communicate daily. Some will say, it's not that necessary to communicate daily. Maybe it's fine to contact them weekly.
Well, I will say that I am one of the people who will contact my team weekly. Why? Because communicating with them weekly will not have them get overwhelmed. I mean if we contact them daily, and some of them if not most or all can become 'fed up'. They probably will become bored and tired of our action.
If they want to know more or have things to ask, that's a different situation. In that case, then we can have communication with them as much as needed.
Only my team members and I know how necessary a communication should be made. As long as I can manage it well, and know when to use it properly, then the communication can be more effective.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

How do you respond when someone asks you about SFI?
Jane C, Aff (Indonesia)

Affiliate since: 07/01/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
First and foremost, just tell him/her that SFI is an International business company headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. It runs the business over the internet and serves more than 190 countries worldwide.
There must be something tickles him/her to know more about SFI. From there, you can tell him/her that SFI is growing fast in the online business because of its rapid growth. You can also introduce him/her to TripleClicks, the great online store that also grows rapidly. Thanks to TripleClicks with its ten thousands and growing products, it helps SFI to grow fast.
TripleClicks is integrated with SFI, and they are growing together in online business. Tell him/her that join SFI or TripleClicks is easy. Give him/her your name card with your gateways (if you have one) or your blog for further details. If you have a Gift Card, you can give one for him/her to try. If you have a Payoneer debit Master Card, you can show it to him/her and tell him/her that you receive your payment via that card.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

How do you explain to new affiliates what VersaPoints are and what they are used for?
Jane C, Aff (Indonesia)

Affiliate since: 07/01/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
First, I will explain that SFI will give at least one point and some points for us in order to reward us for doing an action or some actions. They probably wonder what are actions and what actions will be rewarded. Then I will tell them that an action is something to do in SFI. They need to do something if not some things daily, weekly, and monthly. By doing those things, we get points. That is called VersaPoints.
Second, I will explain what a VersaPoint is, in my own understanding. Some VersaPoints we get can be converted in dollar. It is not like the common converter from any currencies to dollar or viseversa. SFI has its own VersaPoint converter. We cannot determine the amount of the VersaPoint that is converted in dollar. Therefore, we need to get as many VersaPoints as possible each month.
Third, I will explain the use of VersaPoints. As I have mentioned earlier, SFI has its own converter for VersaPoints. VersaPoints is used to determine our earnings for the month. The more VersaPoints we earn, the more income we earn in our account balance. All other information regarding commission and the relation with VersaPoints are explained further.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

How does one support all your downline affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?
Jane C, Aff (Indonesia)

Affiliate since: 07/01/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
Well, to begin with, I know that I need to be an example for my team. Therefore, it is necessary for me to collect badges as many as I can afford. At least that is one of the proofs I can show to my team that I am serious in SFI business.
I will make sure that I can be an EA each month. I will set a certain amount of fund to achieve EA each month. The best way to be an EA is from Standing Order of TCredits. By being an EA, I will get free TCredits. I also will enter the T-Time contest whenever I visit TripleClicks. If necessary, when I earn enough FREE TCredits, I will transfer some of them to my most active movers. Purchasing TCredits for being an EA gives me some ways to support my team. Sometimes I run contests for my PSAs and/or CSAs with TCredits as the rewards.
I use the powerful support from SFI, i.e. Team mail messages weekly. Besides earning VersaPoints, I can also support my team. Sending team mail messages may strengthens them to move on...who knows.. I will support them also from the private chat if they are online.
The bottom line is, I will make sure that I can maintain the EA and send messages to them.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?
Jane C, Aff (Indonesia)

Affiliate since: 07/01/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
Just like the old proverb saying : Don't judge the book by its cover.
SFI has provided us with many fellow affiliates. They can be newbies. Like the above proverb, we can not underestimate our new friends. We can not judge them to be less knowledgeable than us. Who knows that they may have learned more than we have. Their knowledge is valuable for us. Their experience, though they are quite new, may be useful for us. Who knows that they may provide us with great help and assistance in any kinds of things we don't understand yet.
Also, we are provided with long-time affiliates. We can learn from them. We can learn from their experience, especially who have achieved higher levels and Team Leaders.
Now how to get benefits from our a2a friends? Just ask them any queries you don't know. Ask them politely to share their experience in certain areas. I think if you ask them politely and if they are actively log into SFI, they will be pleased to share their experience and knowledge.
Keep up the great work...to your success!

Of all of SFI's Power Tools, which ones works best for you and why?
Jane C, Aff (Indonesia)

Each member of SFI has a certain priority. Just like me, I have my own priority. At this moment I am focusing on the traffic to my SFI gateways. Therefore, Hit Tracking and Key Codes really help. This is the tool that works best so far for me.
On the Hit Tracking I can track the traffic that land in my gateways. I can track the results of my advertising campaign in details. Since I have a Prestige Domains from SFI, I have some domains to use. I set them up and I can track the traffics land from which site. This gives me an overview of the advertising method and strategy I will use for my next advertising campaign.
I'm sure you have your own experience using all power tools that have been provided by SFI.
In the meantime, Keep up the great work...to your success!

What is the best plan to give your new PSAs to help them get started...from day one through their third month in SFI?
Jane C, Aff (Indonesia)

First and foremost, always remind them to the 3 Basic steps in SFI. There probably many information on the homepage, but make sure they are not too overwhelmed with those information. Always direct them to the Basics.
Remind them also about the E365 Challenge they are involved in from the first time they join SFI. Give useful information about the program and encourage them to stay in contention. Give some tips on how to stay above the green line. If you, as the sponsor or co-sponsor has been eliminated from the E365, don't be discouraged. Keep encouraging them to stay in contention. Inform them about the benefits of E365.
Besides giving information about E365, encourage them to move forward. Send them Team Mail messages weekly, and always reply their messages. If you have enough Gift Certificates or TCredits, give some to them as a gift of achieving something. That will make them know that you care for them and their success. Congratulate them on their achievements. Just be around when they need you.
