Every week, I visit my Genealogy Reports, then send team messages to all my PSA, CSA, and also Generations 2, and lower.

Also, I check the report for Affiliates who have been inactive almost a year, and send them a special message and include Gift Certificates to encourage to return to SFI and make a purchase, with gift certificates, to prevent them from becoming inactive.

Each month, I try to also see who made EA2, or who is close, and if they fall short, I either send them helpful advice how to earn VP from Action VP or Purchase VP...and if they are really close, sometimes, they are rewarded gift certificates, too. If the gift certificates are not used on time, they get returned to my account, so I can offer them to someone else.

Equally as important, is checking the Top Earners Report, daily. From this page, you may also send eCards to congratulate some of your team, and encourage them.

The great thing about offering PSA's is they are still members of your team, they are in your second generation, instead of your first. They are both equally good. PSA To Go, costs more than SBuilders, and only contains PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliates. However, SBuilders can provide more than 10, 20, or 50 members of your team and these members are made up of PSA and PRM (Personally Referred Members).

Only you can tell which one is better, because, it depends on your preferences, and opinions.

If you cannot decide which one is best, try both of them. SBuilders Costs less, only $22 when placed on Standing Order, and usually you will start earning team members about a month later, for purchases made the previous month.

PSA To Go is also recommended as you know how many you will buy, they come in quantity of 10, 20, and 50 PSA.

In my opinion, they are equally great. I buy one of each, every month.

Additionally, there is a program called PPA (Paid Per Action), when you are rewarded for referring members to SFI, and they are not part of your permanent team, but you get rewarded for referring these members.

There are so many income streams with SFI/TripleClicks, why not take advantage of all of them.

The best way to promote Eager Zebra Games, or promote anything, is by advertising.

The best way to advertise to interested people is by targeting who you advertise to, and knowing where to advertise.

Promote Eager Zebra to those that like contests, games, and a chance to earn cash and prizes, for sharing the Eager Zebra, and other Games, with family and friends.

FaceBook is a great place to advertise, in the advertising pages, because, there are so many people that use FaceBook to play different game applications. Just be sure not to put it on your personal FaceBook Page, because, it may be viewed as Spam, or unwanted ads.

FaceBook offers many FREE groups to join, to offer free games to interested game players, too.

In my opinion, the best way of measuring my success is:

Write a list of some of your goals each month, and record this on your SFI "Goals" tab.

Then, each day, record what steps you took to achieve these goals.

At the end of the month, you will be able to measure how successfully you have reached the goals you set for the month.

Next month, if you reached the previous months goals, successfully, you may create some more goals for the new month.
If you have not reached your goals, for the previous month, do not get discouraged, you may just need more time, and you have a new month to complete them in.

This is just one way to measure success.

Both are good methods.

If you use auto-bidder, alone...this is not good, because you are not watching the auction. You may run out of credits, before the auction is over. This will not help you win.

If you also watch the game, and make sure you do not run out of credits, this will insure more success. If you run low on credits, be sure to buy more.

Make sure, also, not to overbid for items. Sure, it feels great to win, but...after you win, it may not feel that great to have spent too much, that feeling of winning may be replaced with sadness. So, never overbid, only bid as much as you wish to pay for items if you should win.

Also, if you bid using up to 500 bids per month, you will also earn up to 500 VP per month, as well. So, if you also remember this, even if you did not win your auction item, this time...you still are ahead in VP, and also most items earn you MRP, so you may use your MRP to purchase more TCredits, too.

I believe, it is more fun to win without use of the auto bid. I would only use this if you run low on credits and need to leave to buy more TCredits, or if there is a storm in your area, and you may lose if you lose power...

Most of the winners are at the auctions watching them, though. These top dogs know when to bid, how much to bid, and have enough TCredits to bid on their favorite items. It is a skill so, if you watch a few auctions, before you actually bid, you can learn what people do to win auctions.

Auto-bid does not guarantee to win, it just helps if you step away from an auction, in my opinion.

Hoping you win at least one auction, hope this advise helps.

The best way to support a new affiliate from the second month in gaining needed VersaPoints is to encourage. Offer advice how to duplicate you. There are many ways to increase VersaPoints without any funds.

Usually, the affiliates are given TCredits for entering the "Daily Grand" contest every day.

If the affiliate enters the T-Time Contest they will also earn TCredits and other prizes for winning.

If they have items to sell for money on the ECA Website, this is a great way to earn cash and VP Points. If they do not have anything to sell, they can "Share" other's items and when other's buy from the ECA Sellers, a commission, called a referral commission would also be given to whoever referred others to items that sell in the ECA Sales.

Additionally, you may offer a one-time $2 gift card to be used for shipping a W3 Package. If they have no funds, be sure they at least have a vehicle. It would not make sense to help someone without a vehicle to get a sticker to put on their vehicle.

However, you could offer them a small $2 gift certificate to help them buy a digital ebook, tell them the ebook should have resale rights, too. When their eBook arrives, they may become an ECA and sell the same eBook to others to make back the investment, and continue to earn by using the resale rights.

In 14 days of the purchase that you helped fund, be sure to remind them to review the item they bought with the $2 gift certificate so that more VP could be earned.

Also, SFI has many flyers that may be printed out and placed at laundrymats, supermarkets, church bullitan boards, at college dorm areas, at the library, to others without funds that also wish to sell their items. The more free advertising, the better chances to put people on their team that can also learn how to make money with SFI without money to invest.

Additionally, you may hold contests that encourage your teammembers to EARN gift certificates from you. Whoever gets the most team members winns this, just for doing the daily to-do-list, every day for the month they may get rewarded. Just be sure you are HELPING this person EARN VersaPoints, and not DOING IT FOR THEM.

If you worked at a hourly job, and they just got hired and you worked there longer so make more than they did...and they didn't even receive their first paycheck yet, because they are too new...and you just got paid WHAT YOU EARNED...Would you feel bad they did not work long enough with the company...and HELP THEM not to quit their job and to prove to the boss they are worth more than the money they were hired in at? Or would you just give away the money you earned and work FOR THEM?

Be sure you are HELPING them earn and not doing it for them. It will make you have to work that much harder every month, and will not even help them or you...nor the other team members either.

IF you teach them how to start out with no money and succeed, they will also learn to teach others how to do this, too. Why would you want someone on your team that is not earning VP on their own? This will continue to happen if you let it.

Advertising for free, entering the hourly T-Time Contests, entering the Daily Grand Contest, sending others to buy their favorite items just by sharing it will help them eventually be able to buy their favorite items, too.

Also, be sure they are reading the SC Question and answer board, and always rating 30 answers, before they enter the Daily Grand Contests to make their chances of winning that much greater.

Be sure they always post and share with you their goals. SFI helps even those without any funds to earn money.

The reason you are their TEAM LEADER is by showing them by example, encouraging them, offering them advice, showing them many ways they may achieve their goals. If they have no funds, I am sure they know others that wish to make money with SFI, too. Maybe they will even find some ECA's that own a business.

The most important thing is to continue reading and rating the SC Section, ask their question in the forum to see what others did to achieve their goals, read the LaunchPad, for the first 30 days, if they didn't get to read them all. Visit the to-do-list every day, too...and always enter all the contests. Be friendly and helpful to others that they can share with others the knowledge you have as their team leader to share.

I hope this helps. The most important thing is to be sure to ask the affiliates to whitelist SFI, TripleClicks, and other eMails so they can always be sure to receive eveything sent.

An introduction:
Tell them who you are, your rank with the company, what you like best about SFI, and why you like it? Please, include your success stories, show them your Leadership Blog, if you wish.

Also, tell them in advance you will offer a comment prize for the best comment and offer something like a FREE Gift Card, or something. This will inspire your viewers to listen carefully, so they can come up with a great comment.

Also, ask the viewers to write down their questions and save them for the end of presentation when you do a question and answer session. This will help encourage interaction when appropiate. Also, people who ask questions, in public, will want to pay attention, so they do not ask what has been answered in the Q & A at the end.

Second, you will start with an outline of all the different ways to earn money, all the programs that SFI has...and show them all your income gateways:

and say something to summerize each of the gateways to explain them in detail. For example this is what you will say to someone that wants to start with low-cost, such as a college student or someone with little resources...advertise the Wave 3 or W3 Program like this:

Third, offer some of your best advice that you found works for you. I would say I make so much money giving away FREE gift cards to people, and these are some ideas where I leave them: Restraunts, taxi drivers, Store Cashier, when I pay my bills, at the post office, when I get my hair cut, etc. Also, these make great gifts for any occassion.

Next, you will tell them how much time they have to post comments, questions and answers, for example "I will devote about 20 to 30 minutes for questions and answers" Depending on the size of your audience you pick adequate time for questions to be answered. Also, tell the viewers "If your question is not answered, today, or I need to do further research to answer it, send a private email with contact information so the answer may be sent at a later time, or it will be answered at a follow-up presentation."

Last:

Next, you will wish to tell them where your personal website, or blog, or FaceBook Page, or email or any other contact information they will need after they leave the presentation.

Let them know where the best comment and prize winner will be posted, if you decide to offer this.

I hope you have a great presentation. It is a really good idea to create one.

Please, post the times and dates of all your presentations, and topics on a public blog, FaceBook Event's Page, flyers at supermarkets, and other places...and also, the winners to contests, because after people win a prize, they want to be publically viewed, and will tell all their friends about their winnings, and show them where they got that prize, and show them where they saw it posted so their friends can win a prize, too.

A prize winner is one of your best word-of-mouth-advertisers and will inform others of your next presentation, too.

The digital ones can be printed and physical gift cards can be created. So, all the places you would place the physical gift cards would be great for them, as well.

The only difference is that DIGITAL gift cards do not have shipping costs, as they are not sent through the postal mail. They are received quicker, as they are also in your Gift Card Tracking Center.

You can start advertising them online, too. Great places are free ads, ezines, e-cards, online contests with gift cards as prizes, free classifieds ads, sent to friends or relatives in messages, on websites, in blogs, online swap shops, etc.

You may also print them off and turn them into physical gift cards to advertise off-line, too. At libraries, offer free menues to restraunts with ads that offer gift cards to customers, given with tips to grocery packers, servers, paper delivery carriers, taxi drivers, pizza delivery carriers, handed out to cashiers, placed on flyers at laundrymats, apartment complexes, at rest-rooms, placed in envelopes when paying bills, etc.

Always, be sure to track each gift card, regardless if it is physical or digital. You earn 10 VP for each gift card you track with a maximum of 300 Action VP per month earnings. When a gift card gets redeemed, you earn even more VP as soon as the recipient just visits the website and enters the unique tracking code that each of the 30 Gift Card has.

As the gift cards get redeemed, it will say this information on your Gift Card Tracking Report, and a new member will appear on your team under your TripleClicks Member Report as your PRM Member (Personally Referred Member) of your team.

Additionally, just for tracking gift cards you are also entered into a DistribuStar Contest where you may win cash and prizes, too. You are also awarded a GiftCard DistribuStar Badge after tracking 30 Gift Cards that you have handed out, regardless if they were redeemed or not.
