I and my 2 PSA question.

I am a newbie in this business, and working for almost four months. I have only 11 PSA for now, and 2 of them have a concern regarding the confirmation for registration. They already doing the daily task for less than 2 weeks, they felt disappointed cause every time they check their emails nothings indeed. Until we come out to this question, how long does in take to get an email confirmation for registration?

Hi Annelyn, It is almost immediate otherwise write to Support. You said they are doing their daily task. You will notice there is an action item in the Getting Started-For Confirming your Registration>150 VPs. Have they done that and earned the 150 VPs? Have they checked they spam folder? Did they whitelist SFI email?

Hi Annelyn; Advise them to whiteliste SFI e-mail address; if that is not enough, then try to rise a Ticket and ask for assistance out of Support Team. Good Luck ! :thumbsup:

Hi Annelyn, Make sure they whitelist mail@sfimg.com. Also check the [url=https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports/VPLedger?referrer=search]VP Ledger[/url] under "Getting-Started Action" "Confirming your registration", if registration is being confirmed. click on the link to confirm. best regards

Dear Annelyn They should do the whiteliste SFI e-mail address If they haven't done that until now Let them search the spam Besides, You could send a support ticket with their ID explaining the issue

On today's web, improperly configured spam filters prevent many emails from being delivered--which means missing out on important messages designed to help you become successful with SFI. But one can help reduce nondelivery of his/her messages by simply including the sender's email address on his/her "whitelist" or "safelist." That's why SFI like one to take a moment out of his/her time and add SFI's emails, including the emails of his/her upline team members, to his/her email whitelist. This will help ensure one receive ALL SFI newsletters, sales notifications, and other important support messages from his/her team.
