Focus on important things

The leader usually takes important but unpopular decisions. This is often the case, but the statement strongly underestimates the need to focus on the issues. A good leader does not have to deal with minor matters in order not to distract himself. This requires that it develop a model in which it can judge what problems it is going to take. Otherwise he would drown in trivialities.

Confidence

A good leader suggests confidence and consistency, has a clear vision, shows sympathy, and is a strong mentor.

Sincerity

A good leader does not wear a mask. The only way he can build trust and work with the team is to be 100% authentic and open to work.

Integrity

Employees are a direct reflection of the values ​​the leaders embody. If the team leader always strives to be right, he limits the potential of the business and loses qualitative talents.

Inspiration

Passion

Stoicism

Stoicism is the basis for accepting different situations and failures. Emotional reaction can only make things worse. That's why good leaders train their minds, consider the worst scenarios, and regulate useless, instinctive answers to avoid making fatal decisions.

Authenticity

It is true that imitation is one of the greatest forms of flattery, but not when it comes to leadership. By anybody who learns whatever qualities he builds on his way, the good leader does not lose his authentic voice, opinion, and style of decision-making.

Openness

One of the biggest myths is that good business leaders are great visionaries with determined determination to stick to their goals in spite of everything. This is nonsense. The truth is that they must be open, flexible and adjusted as necessary. Especially in the start-up phase of a company when it turns out that planning is overestimated. Goals should never be static. The leader's commitment is to invest, develop and maintain good relationships.

Resolve

Many of the successful teams are not necessarily the most talented, but they have a leader with the right set of skills, strength and confidence that can be decisive but also delegate responsibilities. This is not always easy, but it always pays off.

Positivism

To move forward, you need to create a culture of optimism in the company. There will be many ups and downs, but with overwhelming optimism the company will go forward. This, however, requires a great deal of fearlessness. You really have to believe that you can achieve the impossible.

Generosity

The main goal of a good leader is always to give his best. The collective will go forward and will grow only if everyone can go forward and separate.

Persistence

All good things take time, for which everyone must be stubborn and especially a good leader. He must have the desire to get there, beyond any bounds when others would stop.

Insight

Everyone needs a little insight to be able to determine what is really important from all the information. This is like wisdom-it improves with time, but it must also be inherent in the character of man.

Communication

If people are not aware of what you expect from them, it is your fault that you have not expressed them. Communication must be continuous, communication is a balancing act. Work must be treated as a co-operation. We always want people to tell us their thoughts and ideas, so we work with them, but the process is two-sided.

Responsibility

It is much easier to transfer blame than to take responsibility. But here is what responsibility means - an exemplary example is financial expert Larry Robbins. He confesses his mistake to investors, and then opens a hedge fund with no management and performance fees - something unheard of in these circles. However, this is a responsibility.
